Hirohiko appears to be very laidback. For example, he doesn’t even get up or look in Nokimi Mayutsubo’s direction when he destroys her insects, and he even yawns in boredom. Animals seem to like him as two birds sit near him on the roof, even perching on his head at one point. He also has a pretty good sense of humor, as he tried to write on Aya Natsume’s forehead while she couldn’t move, and mocked Mitsuomi Takayanagi’s hair-do. Hirohiko also seems rather insightful, capable of picking up on the fact all of Aya’s ki is flowing to Reiki and that her consciousness is elsewhere simply by smelling her. He indicates to Aya that they are not enemies, but after he and Mitsuiro make an appearance in a limo with DÅ�gen Takayanagi and Mitsuomi he appears on the Enforcement Group’s roster as Emi Isuzu points out. He later protects Nokimi from Aya, although hesitantly. He then warns her to retreat or he will be forced to attack her. So his real stance on the Juuken Club is unclear.".

When Lezard does perform the spell to merge Lenneth's soul with the homunculi, Mystina recognizes Lezard's advanced power enabling him to use such a rare spell, in spite of her pride. When Lenneth awakens, Mystina is perceptive enough to read Lezard's reactions and guess at his feelings for the Valkyrie, but does not openly mock him, merely smirking to herself. Mystina does not appear again until the final chapter when Lenneth is obstructed by Fenrir on her path to confronting Loki. Mystina willingly offers her assistance even if she must fight alone (commenting on how Lezard had disappeared). She encourages Lenneth to go "get revenge for the boy you loved." Perhaps finally able to put other's wishes ahead of her own. The last time we see Mystina is in a single panel after Lenneth restores Midgard and Asgard with her new powers of Creation. She sits in the grass near Lezard, offering her sardonic condolences for the magician's failing in capturing Lenneth's heart. Mystina is called "Misty" by Lezard, noting their familiarity with one another, even if they are not exactly friends. Nagare appears to regret how he treated his son, going so far as to say that he wishes he could "go where the [his] children are," but he doesn't have the resolve to kill himself and allow the village to be punished by Yatonogami.
