Meanwhile, the Public Safety Commission Leader has returned in his monster form, that of a Four-Tailed Fox that has control over fire and is also a top ranked monster. He quickly dispatches all attempts to be defeated by the rest of the group, until the only one left is Moka. She charges to attack, but realizes that giving up her blood has weakened her and almost impaired her of her superhuman strength. What happens next will determine the fate of Tsukune and the others.
