- chibiromano comment "The older brother of Chibitalia, Chibiromano was Spain's minion from the end of the Italian Wars (1559) until 1713 as a result of Spain's loss to the Austrian Hapsburg Monarchy in the War of Spanish Succession. Not much is known about his history before then, except that he was left behind during the Renaissance era when Chibitalia learned the arts from his grandfather (Roman Empire). The two brothers had not actually met, though aware of each other's existence, until Rome's disappearance and Chibitalia's return. Chibiromano is a lazy good-for-nothing as Spain disappointingly finds out upon their first meeting. He refuses to obey orders, tells futile lies, repeats "bastard" (コンヤãƒ) at the end of almost every sentence, blames others (Spain) for his misdoings, and openly and easily cries when upset or embarassed. He has a tendency to turn red when so, prompting Spain to compare him to a tomato, much to his chagrin. Despite his rude remarks and his ignorance over his own position before others, he has a low self-confidence. He's aware that he is even more 'hetare' (useless) than his brother, who can perform housework chores and painting better than he can. He believes that the only reason why Spain (and France) want him under their dominion is to inherit the legacy of his grandfather. When he finds out Spain had led sacrifices to save him from the Ottoman Empire at one point, he brings himself to thank Spain, albeit embarassedly. According to the third manga volume, his significantly different attitude towards girls over men has already been established at his age, when, after claiming that the Spanish language was hard to learn, he uses it to flirt with Belgium right in front of Spain. He also has an erogenous curly ahoge like his brother, which he has forbidden Spain from touching, believing Spain's relentless tugging an act of molestation since "it feels good". He can "dance" the tarantella and is frequently found eating pizza.".
- chibita comment "The rival of the sextuplets. Although he is very short he is the same age as them. His most notable features are his big round eyes and the one strand of hair atop his bald head. His favorite food is oden. He is a very cheeky character who likes to laugh at people with his trademark laugh Kekeh (ケケッ). He loves to bully and humiliate the sextuplets (although they bully him back) and is terribly stubborn. However, he also has a childlike side to him and loves animals and flowers. His parents are never seen or mentioned and he lives with several cats and frogs. There are many times when he appears as Iyami's assistant or subordinate, but he will also often be against Iyami. In his first appearance he was a very obedient child with strict parents, but soon became the bratty character he is now. In the 1988 anime he is portrayed as an edokko. Like Iyami, Chibita eventually stole the spotlight from the sextuplets and has become one of Akatsuka's most widely recognized characters. In "Osomatsu-kun Grows Up" he has become a clerk and is now 150 cm tall and has a full head of hair. (Source: Wikipedia)".
- chibitalia comment "Italy as a child. He was mistaken as being a girl by almost everyone for most of his childhood. He worked in Austria’s house with Hungary who was like a mother to him. Austria made him wear dresses, not knowing of his true gender. Hungary sometimes dressed him up in her traditional clothes for women, knowing full well that he was a boy. The Holy Roman Empire, who also was another that mistook him for a girl, was in love with him. He ended up leaving for war and never came back, but Hidekaz Himaruya promised a happy end to their story. ".

- chic comment "Gorgeous' older brother, Chic is a monk of Jaina who is determinded, stoic, and very devoted. Although it would seem his devotion lies with Jaina, he is actually extremely protective of his little brother. When Chic and Gorgeous were children, young Gorgeous was forced to kill someone who tried to abuse them, his Form burning down their home. It was Chic who comforted the other, and tried to lead them. The brothers ended up wandering the Wastelands, and they would have died on their own - if Jaina and the Creator had not taken them in. Chic vowed to give all he had to repay his debt to Jaina, and he is a swift tactician with a wicked sense of justice. Chic is often represented as moral yet misunderstood, and his character is often portrayed in a sympathetic light. Whereas Gorgeous' only goal was to gain power for his beautiful self, Chic is a genuinely noble person who strongly fights for the wrong side in order to protect what he values most. After Gorgeous is killed by Maze, Chic becomes consumed with rage. He battles the female Maze in his black Demi-Armor, Gorgon, to avenge his brother's death, even going against the Creator's orders. Though Maze doesn't want to fight him, in the end, she ultimately kills Chic to protect those she loves. His name is always mispronounced as "Chick" instead of the correct "Sheek". A 24 year-old native of a village on the ShÅryÅ« River (near the northern KÅnan-KutÅ border), he variously wields a shakujÅ staff, kasa hat, and kesa mantle to fight and employs various magical techniques taught by Taiitsukun, the first of which was the ability to form a barrier around himself. His true name is Houjun Ri (æŽ 芳准, Ri HÅjun?), born under the star Well (井). As the oldest and wisest of all of the Suzaku warriors, Chichiri thinks of himself as the older brother who looks after them all. Appearing superficially light-hearted, he can put on super deformed 'chibi' frivolity or suddenly be very serious and grim. While Tamahome and Hotohori are the obvious leaders, Chichiri is the ever-staunch adviser and supporter from behind the scenes, always willing to help when needed. Unconcerned with his own mortality or with earthly desires, he has a Zen master's detached attitude. He habitually ends many sentences with the emphatic phrase "no da", translated as "ya know" in the anime's English version (omitted in the English dub). When he first appears, Chichiri constantly wears a smile on his face, though he later accounts for his face as a mask with features he can move on reflex in order to make it resemble a natural face. His true face resembles his mask, save that one eye has been scarred by an injury across his forehead. When he was eighteen, Chichiri had been engaged to be married; after his best friend stole a kiss from his fiancée, she called off their betrothal. Chichiri was enraged at the betrayal and the two men began to fight. While they were fighting, a heavy rainstorm caused the Shoryuu River flooded their home village. Most of the inhabitants were drowned, including Chichiri's family and his fiancee. His friend fell into the rushing water and Chichiri attempted to rescue him, but a nearby log smashed into Chichiri's eye and gouged it out, resulting in the scar on his face. Unbeknownst to Chichiri, his friend survived, but resentfully believes that Chichiri had abandoned him to die. When they meet again, this mistaken resentment causes him to resume the old battle, but ends when the story behind the dreadful scar is revealed. At the end of the series, only he and Tasuki of all the Suzaku Celestial Warriors remain alive in "The Universe of the Four Gods". (Source: Wikipedia)".

Other than that, she has a bright and upbeat personality, often trying to cheer up the group by joking about the case. She is also obsessed with kung fu and is a huge fan of martial arts movies like Trial of the Dragon, and is furious once she finds out that Yosuke broke her disk. Generally, she has a short temper with him and exploits this in order to get her beloved steak for free at Junes. Chie is an awful cook and often, along with Yukiko and Rise, serves the gang terrible dishes. Her Persona is Tomoe Gozen of the Chariot Arcana, a muscular female figure wearing a yellow outfit reminiscent of Bruce Lee's "Game of Death" costume, wielding a double bladed naginata. Tomoe Gozen is shown to use both physical and ice spells. However, Teddie will take over as the main ice caster when he comes into play, thus Tomoe will stop learning ice spells (last spell to be obtained is bufula) near the level the player obtains Teddie. Tomoe evolves into Suzuka Gongen after completing The Chariot Social Link. Chie's Shadow takes the form of a long haired, masked dominatrix supported by three pale Chies. The dominatrix has long black hair, similar to Yukiko's. It represents her jealousy of Yukiko's natural gifts and talents, as well as her wish and need of control over Yukiko. Chie went through a majority of design changes as the others, one of her designs even being used to develop Teddie. Through the S.Link for the Chariot, the Protagonist and Chie become closer through training together at the Samegawa Floodplain. Over time, the Protagonist learns of how Chie enjoys creating groups and titles for herself, in hopes of being feared by juveniles and protecting the weak. Hearing from a police officer that high schoolers have been bullying people in the Central Shopping District, Chie and the Protagonist coincidentally help. They first save Chie's middle school friend, who then calls the police. The second time, Chie makes the hoodlums run off just as they attempt to steal from a little boy. Once this occurs, the Protagonist has the option of making an intimate relationship with Chie. Depending on what the Protagonist does, Chie will either go to train with the Protagonist (normal relationship) or go to his home (serious relationship) and give him some matching wristbands. Chie's resolve to help others and protect the team, especially the Protagonist, transfigures Tomoe Gozen to Suzuka Gongen.".

She is a little shocked when Yasuko announces that Fumi is her girlfriend, though most of this might have come from the news that her youngest is actually dating rather than the fact that they're both girls, as she quickly gets over her surprise. She is very open-minded and accepting as seen during the talk she, Shinako, Kazusa and Kuri have about the nature of Yasuko and Fumi's relationship. She even suggests rather casually that Yasuko might have already had sex with Fumi as far as they know (much to the exasperation and embarrassment of the elder daughters). It thus seems that Yasuko's lifestyle does not bother her. It appears that she was quite popular just as her daughters were back in her "glory days" and her daughters often make fun of her for regaling visitors with stories from her past, citing that she will take any opportunity to talk about her youth.".

Garner was also a good friend of the original Lovely Angels, Iris and Molly, and it troubles him that Kei and Yuri were given the 'Lovely Angels' codename by the 3WA's central mainframe. He knows of the trouble the two got into previously, and fears that they will bring shame to that honored name. (source: Wikipedia)".
- chief-inspector-furano comment "Chief Inspector Furano appears in Episode #4 "The Golden Dawn". He's quick tempered and distrusts everybody, nabbing the innocent Megumi Otsuka when he heard she was pregnant with police officer turned nightbreed Taki Ryuichi's baby. He even went so far as to arrest Shido and Yayoi when they intercepted him. He's also an idiot, since, after he sees Shido use his blood sword, grab Megumi, and run up the side of a building, all he has to say is "This is crazy." (source: Absolute Anime)".

- chief-konoe comment "The boss of the Summons Division, he is known as being strict, but has a major sweet tooth, probably as big as Tsuzuki's, if not bigger. Every time Tsuzuki embarks on a mission, he requests that he bring back a "souvenir," which is most likely a cake or another sweet of some sorts.".
