- customer-service comment "Customer Service is one of the main villains in Kirby: Right Back At Ya!, and is the spokesperson and salesman for Nightmare Enterprises. Customer Service arguably holds the second most important role in the company, and is responsible for bringing in the money. Customer Service sells Monsters to King Dedede and makes quite a profit for the company because of it. Customer Service has a basic understanding of each of the monsters that the company owns, knowing which monster would be right for each job. In some rare cases, he even helps Dedede come up with plots to defeat Kirby. Occassionally, Customer Service is known not to respond to Dedede's requests due to the fact his bills are unpaid. He (or Nightmare) even sends a ghost in one episode to collect his debts. In the original Japanese version of the show, Customer Service is very polite. In the 4Kids dub, however, Customer Service appears brash and manipulative and speaks in the style of a stereotypical used car dealer. Customer Service is always free and able to serve the company's clients, regardless of the time of day (or night), but King Dedede once called him during his lunch break. King Dedede often feels that he is trustworthy, and believes that the feeling is mutual. However, Customer Service simply manipulates the King in an always successful attempt to gain money for the company. Escargoon realizes this, and tries his best to get the King not to fall for Customer Service. But his attempts are futile, and Dedede keeps going back to the company to spend more money. However, in extremely rare cases, Escargoon may even buy from the company for his own selfish desires. Customer Service treats his boss, Nightmare, with great respect and holds the utmost loyalty. It is speculated (but uncomfirmed) that Customer Service may be a demon beast himself created by Nightmare to run the company, considering how much he resembles Nightmare and his knowledge of demons. - cyandog comment "Spyke has, at first, Cyandog, a Medarot who always loses because Spyke has a medal that's incompatible with his body (a Monkey medal, made for hand-to-hand combat, in a Canine body, made for shooting). He later upgrades to the more modern Krosserdog body, but he keeps the medal. This happens after Cyandog runs away from Spyke after feeling tired of being useless. He joins the Rockers and robattles Metabee, who notes that the robattle will not be like any other robattles he's had with Cyandog. Metabee finally got the upper hand but in return would destroy each of Cyandog's parts one after another. Yet Cyandog doesn't give up and continues to attack Metabee. He misses but Metabee blasts him in the head with his laser cannon. Believing the robattle to be over (as his head part was now at 100% damaged), Metabee was shocked to see Cyandog get back up again (with this being the only time a Medarot has survived from a function cease). Metabee, having no other choice, decided to destroy Cyandog, but, before he could, Spyke interfered. After a small conversation with his old medarot, Cyandog finally goes down and his body is never used again (probably due to all of the damage that the body took from being blasted by Metabee). - cyclonus comment "In the year 2005, after an abortive attack on Autobot City, the evil Decepticons found it necessary to jettison excess mass from their craft to make it back to their homeworld of Cybertron. The injured and dying Decepticons, including the Decepticons' leader, Megatron, were chosen to be ejected into the void of space. When their bodies were recovered by the world-eater, Unicron, they were reborn as deadly new warriors in the service of the recreated Megatron, now known as Galvatron. Although The Transformers: The Movie does not make it entirely clear who Cyclonus was in his previous incarnation, he is one of the new Decepticons created by Unicron using the body of either Skywarp or Bombshell. He is a being whose loyalty to Galvatron is so intense as to exclude most other emotions and interests from his mind. Dedicated to destruction in his leader’s name, Cyclonus transforms into a nuclear-powered multi-turbine-engine jet fighter, capable of space flight and able to expand in size to convey Galvatron. In robot mode, he wields an oxidating laser that fuses the internal mechanisms of its targets, and in vehicle mode is additionally armed with an incendiary bomb rack. Immediately following his creation, Cyclonus served as little more than Galvatron’s personal ship, carrying his leader to Starscream’s coronation, into the battle in Autobot City, and pursuing Autobots on the Planet of Junk, as well as attacking and crippling the shuttle carrying Hot Rod and Kup in the midst of it all. After the destruction of Unicron, however, when Galvatron was lost, Cyclonus came into his own, his loyalty to the Decepticons' absent leader shaping his character in different ways. Disgusted with how far the leaderless Decepticons had fallen as they eked out a miserable existence on the barren world of Chaar, Cyclonus resolved to locate Galvatron, daring even to enter Unicron's deactivated, disembodied head and replaying its memory banks, tracing Galvatron to the world of Thrull. Unfortunately, once extricated from a pool of the planet's plasma-lava, Galvatron proved to have been driven insane from exposure to it and brutalized Cyclonus and Sweeps before being talked down and returned to his position as leader.".

- cyprine comment "Cyprine (Cyprin in the dub) and Ptilol are, together, considered the fifth of the Witches 5. It has been stated by Naoko Takeuchi in the Materials Collection that Ptilol is just an extension of Cyprine's power, yet they seem to act as one. Cyprine is named for the mineral cyprine. In the anime, Cyprine was portrayed as the last of the Witches 5. It was only when confronted that she revealed her "other self," Ptilol. These two are only one person, split in two, and are not twins. Cyprine is the only fifth witch, and Ptilol is merely an extension of Cyprine that has manifested itself as Ptilol. Cyprine and Ptilol are one, and they believe that no one can defeat them. The two prove nearly invincible to the Sailor Senshi, as one always blocks incoming attacks with her powers while the other blasts from behind. Gradually, the Senshi are able to trick the two into blasting each other, killing both at the same time. In the manga, Cyprine is the highest ranking witch at level 999, and her death attack is "Ribbon Buster." She was called upon by Kaolinite specifically to take care of the Sailor Senshi. She comes from the Sorcery Class of the Professional Division of Infinity Academy. Cyprine attacks Haruka Tenoh in her apartment. Haruka promptly transforms into Sailor Uranus, and the Inner Senshi, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Pluto appear to aid their fellow senshi. Cyprine then uses her power to magnify the preexisting feelings of hostility and tension between the Inner Senshi and Outer Senshi. Sailor Moon, horrified by the maneuver, attempts to destroy Cyprine with her Moon Spiral Heart Attack, but this attack fails. Cyprine isn't hurt, and instead splits herself into two halves, herself and another, Ptilol. Sailor Moon gathers energy from all of the senshi to create the Holy Grail, and uses it to transform into Super Sailor Moon. She then uses her "Rainbow Moon Heart Ache" attack to destroy Cyprine and Ptilol.".

Despite the fact that his younger brother, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, wants to unite with him, Cyprus still engages in dialogue with him, much to the annoyance of Greece. In the end, he yells at both Turkey and Greece and scolds them. His appearance in volume 4 re-enforces that Greece and Turkey's rivalry is one thing that will frequently make him break his peaceful manner and become agitated. She wore one of a pair of earring charms which Pacifica gave her when she was Cin/Suin/Sim, which she continues to wear even after reverting back to her Peacemaker form. Later in the show, possibly because of her time as Cin/Suin/Sim, Cz's mentality is affected and she begins to sympathize with the humans, and later shows some reluctance to go on a mass killing spree. This seems to develop largely from her assignment to follow Shannon (in case he should find Pacifica), as she learns of his motivations and philosophy even while stating she doesn't care about them. (Note also in Episode 18, the two share an umbrella in a scene that mirrors Shannon/Suin's first meeting). Cz is an artillery type cosmos guardian. Though she usually ignores conversations from humans, sometimes there is a possibility to communicate with her. She hates cannibalism and likes cute things, such as Eclair. CZ2128's creator was one of the Supreme Beings, other than Tabula Smaragdina, responsible for the design of Treasury security systems. - d comment "D is a bioroid, an artificially constructed biological/mechanical being first introduced in the Tenchi Muyo! universe. The war between the Earth Defense Force and the Rara Army began when D and at least two mechas were discovered in an artifact of unknown origin. Her original body was damaged, so a bioroid was built to contain her essence (represented by a glowing orb in place of an eye) while her body healed. D appears to be as inhuman as the robot she pilots, speaking mechanically and asking many questions about human emotions and behavior. The only one to break through her stony exterior is Kazuki, to the shock of Commander Sanada. D frequently has visions of a horrible creature attacking, and is deathly afraid of Himiko. She develops a strong attachment to Kazuki, culminating in her decision to return to her real body at the climax of the series in order to save him. It's revealed that D stole Zinv and fled her world to escape Himiko and Kumu, who claimed the lives of her friends. As a robot pilot, D is subpar, often requiring rescue by Kazuki and Mitsuki. However, she redeems herself by removing the limiter placed upon Zinv, allowing its true power to manifest itself. When Zinv is destroyed and the worlds merge, D becomes Dee Sanada, taking on the animated personality of a young girl. There is also an apparent resemblance between D and Tenchi Muyo! GXP character Neju na Melmas, leading some to believe that she and D may belong to the same race. (Source: Wikipedia)".

He is renowned for his consummate skill and unearthly grace, but feared and despised for his mixed lineage: born of both races but belonging to neither. Often underestimated by his opponents, D has surprising power and resourcefulness, possessing most of the strengths and only mild levels of vampiric weaknesses. Unlike most dhampirs, D is able to live as a "normal" human, though marked by his unearthly beauty and powerful aura, and thus rarely accepted by humans. His only notable weaknesses are that he is, while not unfeeling, emotionally remote but sometimes sentimental. He is also (far more rarely than other dhampirs) randomly susceptible to sun-sickness, a severe type of sunstroke, about once every five years. D3 is also aware that Z is planning to disobey Tokimi's orders of not harming Tenchi. D3 later observes Z's final battle against Tenchi with the other interdimensional directors. ".

- daba-myroad comment "Daba Myroad (real name Kamon Myroad) is the main character of Heavy Metal L-Gaim. Prince of the Yaman Clan, a monarchy of the planet Mizum that was completely wiped out in Poseidal's conquest, Daba seeks revenge on Poseidal and seeks to restore the Yaman Clan to its former glory. He pilots the powerful white Heavy Metal, the L-Gaim, and later on, the L-Gaim Mk-II. Daba grows to be a model leader over the course of the series and unites factions from multiple planets in an attempt to defeat Poseidal once and for all. Daba's one big weakness is that he gets too reckless when his sister, Quwasan Olibee gets involved in the war. Voiced by Hirokazu Hiramatsu.".

- dabura comment " Dabura is the king of a Demon Realm, and Babidi's right-hand man, being placed under his control by a spell. Dabura has the special power of turning his enemies to stone, simply by spitting on them. His name is originally taken from a Japanese pronunciation of the last half of the incantation "Abracadabra". He fights Gohan in both his normal and Super Saiyan forms to gather energy for Buu, but before they can finish, he notices Vegeta has evil within him. During the fight Vegeta shows great frustration which comes from the fact that Gohan has to make an effort to kill Dabura even though Gohan is still more powerful than Dabura. This spawns from the fact Gohan has not trained at all in the past 7 years and is only slightly more than half as strong as he was when he fought Perfect Cell. This allows Babidi to grant him power. When Buu is released, Dabura tries to kill him, but is turned into a cookie and devoured by Buu. (Upon his death in the anime, King Yamma decides that the usual punishment of exile to Hell is what Dabura would actually desire, so he instead sends him to the most peaceful region of Heaven.) In the anime, Dabura is later seen wandering as a "good-spirited" soul consumed with love (creeping out anyone who meets him). It is mentioned by Goku that Dabura's power is equal to Perfect Cell's.
