He later appeared in Dewford Town in both A Three Team Scheme! and Seeing is Believing!. Birch also appeared in A Six Pack Attack, when he was meeting Professor Oak. Later, Birch was seen in The Evolutionary War! at a vacation on A-B-C Islands. Over there, he and the twerps cleared the mystery of the Clamperl evolution. Birch's most recent appearance was a short cameo in The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon; it is unknown if he will appear again since the main characters have left the Hoenn region. His preferred mode of transport is a jeep that he drives recklessly. Due to the relationship between characters in the games, it is widely speculated that Birch is the father of Brendan's anime counterpart. This character has made three short cameo appearances in the anime and has the starter Pokémon whose type weakens May's. [credit to bulbapedia]".
- doctor-onishi comment "Doctor Onishi, usually known only as the Doctor, is the head scientist of the secret psychic research project who also serves as the Colonel's scientific advisor. He belonged to the second generation of scientists overseeing the project after Akira killed the last. It is his curiosity and negligence for anyone's well-being that unlocks and nurtures Tetsuo's destructive power in the first place. In the anime, the Colonel advises him to immediately terminate Tetsuo if he suspects his power of growing too much. However, he fails to, hoping that Tetsuo would hold the key to solving the original mystery surrounding Akira's powers. The Doctor is killed when the vehicle he is in is crushed during Akira's re-awakening. In the manga when Akira is freed by Tetsuo from his cryogenic lair, the Doctor fails to get inside the shelter and freezes to death. (Source: Akira Wikia)".

However, the offending Team steals the meteorite, intending to use it to power their machine at Mt. Chimney. After defeating the grunts and the team's leader, the player can take the meteorite from the machine and return it to the Professor in exchange for TM27 (Return). In the anime In Fight for the Meteorite, Professor Cozmo meets Ash Ketchum on Mt. Chimney. The situation from there is similar to in the games. He is voiced by 西æ‘朋紘 Tomohiro Nishimura in Japanese. In the Pokémon Adventures manga In the Chuang Yi translation of the fourth chapter, he is referred to as Professor Starstone. This error is rectified when he appears in a flashback during the fifth chapter. Professor Cozmo believed Team Aqua to be noble heroes, so he assisted them with the meteor and their device on Mt. - doctor-yung comment "Dr. Yung invented the Mirage Pokémon system. This appears to be a project he spent many years on, as Professor Oak acknowledges. Yung is shown to have a combination of great intellect and battling skill, but still has a sort of mysterious air about himself. He challenges Ash and his friends to battle with him using a Mirage Aggron his system has generated. Misty eagerly accepts his challenge and uses her Staryu, but she lost easily when the Aggron showed off one of Yung's system's features - the ability to use any attack, in this case Bullet Seed. Ash challenged him next with Pikachu, but before the battle could begin, the Mirage Master (Japanese: ミスター・ミラージュ Mr. Mirage) captured both Yung and Oak by commandeering the system. While Ash and his friends attempted to mount a rescue mission, Mirage Master tortured Oak with the intent of gaining the access password to Oak's laboratory database. He spoke of his contempt for the flaws inherent in every Pokémon and of his desire to create a Pokémon free of these flaws. He is especially enraged when a Mirage Mew appears, which he declared a 'flawed specimen.' Oak initially resisted the torture and refused to give the password. As a backup plan, Mirage Master used some of his Mirage Pokémon to capture Pikachu after ambushing it. He then strapped it to a table and used a special machine to scan its memories for data, causing it great pain. This finally broke Oak's resolve, and he surrendered the password, "REDGREEN." Using a combination of his new access to Oak's laboratory's database and his ability to hack the servers of Pokémon Centers worldwide, Mirage Master began forming his perfect Pokémon. When Ash, and later Misty and May arrived to confront him, Mirage Master completed the experiment, creating a Mirage Mewtwo. He demonstrated its power by instantly defeating all of the other Mirage Pokémon, then he attempted to kill Oak, who had to defend himself with a Dragonite. Oak urged the group to escape, becoming resigned to the fact that they could not save Yung, but Mirage Master had another trick up his sleeve - he deployed missiles to create a much larger field for the Mirage Pokémon to move around in, allowing him to unleash his Mirage Mewtwo on the world. To aid in this endeavor he also summoned a Mirage Entei, Mirage Articuno and Mirage Zapdos. Later, after the Mirage Master declared his Mirage Mewtwo to be the result of "many years of hard work", Professor Oak successfully unmasked him to actually be Dr. Yung. It was revealed that Yung had been a student at the Pokémon Institute when he invented the Mirage System, but he was expelled because his research was considered cruel, thus making him bitter and desiring revenge. He battled against the group using Mewtwo and easily took the upper hand, but with some timely help from the Mirage Mew that Yung had declared a "flawed specimen", Ash's Pikachu was able to defeat it using Volt Tackle. After being defeated, he escaped into his burning lab. Oak tried to pursue him, but falling iron blocked the entrance, and Yung was never seen again. It can be assumed that he is still at large, as Officer Jenny was unable to recover his body from the castle.".

- doflamingo-donquixote comment "Name: Donquixote Doflamingo Alias: Joker Age: 39; 41 Height: 305cm (10'0") Rank: Shichibukai (Warlord of the Sea) Affiliations: Donquixote Pirates, Donquixote Family, Shichibukai, Human Auction House, Bellamy Pirates Bounty: 340,000,000 Beli (former) Doflamingo is a member of the Shichibukai, captain of the Donquixote Pirates, member of Donquixote Family, and King of Dressrosa. His bounty before he became a member of the Shichibukai was 340,000,000 Beli. Doflamingo is a larger than normal blond haired man who generally dresses in flamboyant clothes. In reference to his animal theme, the flamingo, his clothes are brightly colored with his feathered coat being distinctively pink. He also has an odd way of walking, a bow-legged waddle (but does not always do this), which is also a reference to his animal theme. Twenty-two years ago, his hair was longer than currently, had two earrings in his left ear, and he sported a pair of goggles that he wore on his forehead, in addition to his sunglasses that he wears to this day. He has a white shirt with red stripes, a green belt, and orange pants with white stripes. Originally in the anime, Doflamingo had a red shirt with black stripes, a purple belt, and black pants with red stripes. However, when he reappeared during the events of Sabaody, his color scheme was switched to its manga depiction with the exception of his glasses. In the manga, he has orange tinted glasses while in the anime, he has purple tinted ones. He is also often, if not always, smiling. Doflamingo is one of the most carefree characters in One Piece. He seems to have a penchant for dramatic phrasing, as well as a habit of exaggerated posing when giving declarations. He also appears to fear nothing and no one, as he openly taunts Fleet Admiral Sengoku, sits on the table during the Shichibukai meeting and shows only gleeful interest at the thought of warring with Whitebeard. During the Battle of Marineford, all of Doflamingo's interactions have all been for the sake of personal amusement, hinting a sadistic side. He also has an odd habit of sitting in odd positions, like on the back of chairs, on tables, barrels and, even a pile of bodies in the middle of a war zone. Although Doflamingo appeared in the first half of the series frequently, he did not play much of a role until the second half. He is the main antagonist of the Dressrosa Arc and one of the central antagonists of the Pirate Alliance Saga. He is revealed to be an underworld broker, where he operates under the alias "Joker," and during the Dressrosa Arc, it is revealed that he was formerly a World Noble. (Source: Wikipedia)".

The veterinarian and the caretaker of Animal Kingdom had been rendered unconscious by Esmeraude. Dogba assumed the form of the veterinarian and took complete mental and physical control of all the animals present. At first she amused visitors by having the animals perform a variety of impressive tricks, but then she used her power overthe animals to make them attack the onlookers, thereby contributing to the corruption of the Negative Point with Dark Power and the growth of the Dark Hinge that had been placed in that location. Artemis tried to prove his worth to his friends by trying to stop Dogba himself, but Luna tried to rescue him. Dogba and her creatures dealt with the two cats, and may well have ended up injuring or killing them, had it not been for the arrival of Sailor Moon and Sailor Venus. After this, the other senshi arrived to rescue THEM. While they managed to neutralize the droid's army of animals by combining their attacks without harming any creatures, they were nevertheless caught off guard and temporarily incapacitated after Sailor Moon began prematurely celebrating their victory. In the end, Artemis attacked Dogba, distracting her long enough for Sailor Moon to free herself and destroy her with Moon Princess Halation. While Dogba could control any species of animals, in group or individually, her power was ineffective against highly intelligent animals, such as Luna and Artemis. Not only did Dogba have the ability to control animals, but she also had a large red energy whip capable of electrocuting whoever it touched and rendering them unconscious. She could even throw armlets which she wore around her upper left arm which would assume the form of gold energy rings and solidify around the necks of her opponents, forming collars complete with chains to restrict their movements. In human form, Dogba had light skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. In droid form, she had red skin, white hair, and green eyes. (Source: The Oracle :: BSSM Encyclopaedia)".
