Galileo ends up falling in love with Hozuki while she's thrown back into the past, but unable to tell his feelings for her after she left, he decided to write his feelings and experiences with her on the moon sketches. Hence the love letters. Hoping she would find them in the future. It is shown that he too has a liking to the confeti that Hozuki likes to eat. Galileo is very kind and intelligent. He is apparently very powerful, being one of the "Big Three" pirates. However compared to Monkey D. Luffy, he is very weak. Luff first spots Galley's ship and decides to take it over so he won't have to sail in his dinghy. He defeats Galley's crew with ease and ties them up. The ship then lands at Silk's hometown and Galley escapes and his men escape and try to take revenge on Luffy. Luffy frightens them when they learn he is a Rubberman and they run away after. Luffy is then tied up by the townspeople, who think he is Galley. Galley then takes Luffy hostage and steals the town's treasure. He then enrages Luffy by smashing his hat, and gets Luffy thrown into the ocean. Luffy is then saved by Silk and uses Gomu Gomu no Axe to destroy Galley's ship. A livid Galley swears revenge. Galley is seen years later as a crewmember aboard Luffy's pirate ship, and tells him that land has been spotted. It seems that his encounter with Luffy changed him from a Morgaina pirate to a Peace Maine since Luffy said he wanted a crew made up of only Peace Maines -ANIME [Romance Dawn]- In the anime version of the Lougetown arc, there he is an elderly pirate called Galley of the Crescent Moon who has a bounty of 3,450,000. He is clearly based on the Romance Dawn Galley both in his design and his Jolly Roger. He and his crew are seen raiding buildings at Loguetown before being captured by Captain Smoker. - galvatron comment "On the Decepticons' return journey to Cybertron following their attack on Autobot City in the Earth year 2005, a mortally wounded, but still functional Megatron was jettisoned into space along with several other fallen Decepticons in order to reduce Astrotrain's mass in order to reach Cybertron. The end seemed to be near for Megatron -- but it was not to be, as he summoned by Unicron, who made him an offer - in return for Megatron's service, he would give him a new body and new troops to command. Megatron initially refused, enraged at the thought of being Unicron's servant. However, faced with obliteration as his only alternative, Megatron reluctantly accepted Unicron's offer, and was reformatted as Galvatron. Commanded by Unicron to destroy the Matrix of Leadership, Galvatron first returned to Cybertron to settle an old score with Starscream, who had set him adrift in space and was now being crowned as the new Decepticon leader in a pompous ceremony. Demonstrating his new power, Galvatron obliterated Starscream with a single blast from his new cannon mode. The other Decepticons quickly accepted Galvatron as their leader. Unicron's subsequent consumption of Cybertron's moons enraged Galvatron, but when Unicron mentally tortured him to put him in his place, Galvatron's resentment of his master began. Leading another attack on Autobot City, he pursued Ultra Magnus and the Autobots to the Planet of Junk, where he seized the Matrix from Ultra Magnus, and attempted to use its power against Unicron. Unable to open the Matrix, Galvatron was powerless as Unicron transformed and attacked Cybertron with his bare hands. Unicron swallowed Galvatron in contempt, while swatting away Cybertron's Decepticon defenders like flies. Shortly thereafter, a group of Autobots entered Unicron's body, where the youthful Hot Rod encountered the humiliated Decepticon leader. Although Galvatron initially proposed an alliance with the Autobot against Unicron, he was once again tortured mentally by Unicron, who tells him to destroy Hot Rod otherwise Galvatron himself will be obliterated. Galvatron weakly agrees, still accepting Unicron as his master, and then engaged Hot Rod in battle. Galvatron quickly attained the upper hand over the weaker Autobot. However, when Hot Rod seized the Matrix from Galvatron, he was reformatted into Rodimus Prime, and hurled Galvatron through Unicron's armor and into the void of space, before unleashing the power of the Matrix and destroying Unicron. Now leaderless and forced off Cybertron by the Autobots, the Decepticons retreated to the ruined world of Chaar, where they bickered and fought amongst each other over their limited energon resources. Galvatron's Unicron-created lieutenants, Cyclonus and Scourge set out to find their leader's body using the information stored in Unicron's memory banks and traced him to the planet Thrull. They found Galvatron immersed in a pool of lava-like plasma, and rescued him only to discover that Galvatron had been driven insane (the official diagnosis, provided in the later episode, Webworld, is that the plasma seeped into Galvatron's head casing and embrittled his metaprocessor, causing him to become irreversibly mad (which probably explains why his voice changed)). After attacking his own minions, he then returned with them to Chaar, only to discover that the Decepticons had sided with the Quintessons in an attack on the Autobots in exchange for Energon. Heading for the planet, Galvatron opened fire on his own forces, and then confronted the Quintessons themselves, who tricked him into an alliance with the promise of leading him to the fictitious "Decepticon Matrix of Leadership". A joint Decepticon/Quintesson attack on both Cybertron and Earth almost allowed the Quintessons to claim ultimate victory when they activated a switch that nullified all Transformers, but when Spike Witwicky reversed the effect, Galvatron turned on the Quintessons, who only just managed to escape his wrath. - gamatatsu comment "Gamatatsu (ガマ竜; Literally meaning "Toad Dragon") is one of Gamabunta's children and Gamakichi's younger brother who has a fixation with snacks. Gamatatsu has shown that he'd choose snacks over someone's life. When Naruto is injured while fighting with Kabuto Yakushi, he replies, "Hey Gamakichi, do we have to wait for the kid to croak till we get snacks, cuz' I'm getting hungry". Although in the filler arcs Gamatatsu showed that he does care about Naruto's life as he was ready to rescue him before Gamakichi talked him out of it. It should be noted that Gamatatsu appears to be the most subservient and loyal of the main frog summons as he was willing to serve Naruto before Gamakichi brought up the snack remark. While being naive and childishly stupid, he does sometimes make use of his natural curiosity to help Naruto solve puzzles (like the mystery of the Ghost Warrior in the filler arcs). Gamatatatsu's obsession for snacks is so great that he waited a year since his first summon for the snack he was promised, even though he didn't get it. He is always hungry and asking his summoner for snacks, and often gets mixed up in unusual predicaments which he counts on his "big brother Gamakichi" to get him out of. In the english dub, his voice is jocularly high and he is usually used for comic relief when he is summoned. He also openly refers to Gamabunta as "daddy", which the older toad either chooses to ignore or simply doesn't mind.".

He solves puzzle for money purposes and is often trying to get ahead of Kaito in order to claim the purported treasures offered by the POG. He appears to have a crush on Nonoha and even enters a cross-dressing contest to show her his feminine side. Gammon holds a very competitive rivalry to Kaito. He calls him "Bakaito", a combination of Kaito's name and the Japanese word "baka", meaning idiot. Kaito and him seem to have quite a few similarities, their hot temper being the most obvious. Gammon is always seen with his leather jacket and pants, giving him a delinquent appearance along with his hairstyle and his way of talking. He also rides a motorcycle. Upon realizing (after a plot by Rook to separate Kaito from his friends) that Kaito is on another level than him, Gammon does not simply cope with that by distancing himself from Kaito (like Cubic and Ana). After the P.O.G. finds out that he is in fact "Chido Setsu", a mysterious Puzzle Giver from a magazine, Gammon is invited by Himekawa Elena to join them. He eventually passes the test by Bishop and is invited by Rook to join him in the quest of solving the "Puzzle of God". It is then that Gammon makes a radical change in his personality. What used to be a competitive rivalry between him and Kaito turns (seemingly) into pure hatred. Gammon does not want Kaito to solve the "Puzzle of God" as he intends to do it for himself and prove to everyone that he is superior, both as a Solver and Giver. His true motives are yet to be revealed. After engaging Kaito in a deadly puzzle for the sole purpose of crushing him, Kaito makes a mistake (after seeing the possible future) and is about to kill him, before being called back by Bishop, much to his dismay. It proves his resolve, however Rook and Bishop still remain doubtful of his loyalty towards the P.O.G. (as he is actually a Solver as well) and true motives. The origin of his name comes from the board game "Backgammon". (Source: Wikipedia)".

- ganju-shiba comment "An outrageous figure, Ganju wears a vest, scarf, bandana, and pair of goggles. He is often found with his gang, who all ride large boars. Ganju's boar is named Bonnie (affectionately referred to as Bonnie-chan). The omake sketch after episode 114 implies that Bonnie was accidentally cooked into a stew by Retsu Unohana during a friendly cookout including her, Ganju, and a few others from the 4th Division. Similar sketches have occurred in the series, but Bonnie is always shown alive and well by the next episode. Ganju possesses a deep hatred for shinigami, a hot temper, and a strong ego. Though he always acts tough, he has shown that he also has a softer side, easily being cowed by his older sister Kūkaku, and later develops an understanding to Ichigo Kurosaki with a relationship similar to Ichigo and Renji Abarai's. The fact that he is not particularly attractive is a running joke in the series, and rather than deny this fact he tends to talk around the subject, especially when Yumichika Ayasegawa makes note of it. Because of his brother's, Kaien Shiba, death at the hands of Rukia Kuchiki when he was still young, Ganju holds a grudge against all shinigami. This grudge is slow to dissipate even after he learns the truth of the incident. It is implied that after Kaien and his wife Miyako's death, the Shiba clan lost its status as one of the Noble Clans (which include the Kuchiki and Shihouin clans). There now remain only four Noble Clans, as the Shiba had been the fifth. Upon Ganju's introduction, he and Kūkaku are the only remaining members of the clan. Though Ganju is not a member of the shinigami forces, he is of the Shiba clan and can fight on a level above that of an average shinigami, but lower than that of the higher ranking seated officers. He has a zanpakut which resembles a meat cleaver or a Chinese Dadao, though he never demonstrates the ability to use its initial release. Ganju's sword skills are limited, so he relies primarily on his arsenal of fireworks, his agility, and his earth magic. Ganju's earth magic doesn't seem to operate on the same principle as standard shinigami kid. The one technique he uses, Stone Wave (石波, seppa?), doesn't need an incantation to work and is unnumbered. The spell can reduce whatever it is aimed at to sand or quicksand. He can even perform it with his feet. This ability proved to be useful to make holes through the walls when running away from Yumichika. Source: Wikipedia".
