Traveling with her cabbit Ken-Ohki, Nagi makes a living hunting down wanted criminals in the galaxy. So far, she has only one quarry to have eluded her - Ryko. She had tracked the space pirate to Earth, where she had taken Tenchi Masaki hostage, thinking he and Ryko were lovers. Originally, the two were to fight in space, but a complication occurred, Ken-Ohki and Ry-Ohki had fallen in love and would not fire upon each other. So a "wild west" setting was created by Washū on the planet Venus so that the two would fight it out. It ended with Ryko about to kill Nagi, but the cabbits intervened; Ken-Ohki threatening to fight and Ry-Ohki begging her to spare Nagi. So Ryko released the bounty hunter. From time-to-time, Nagi and Ryko would cross paths during the time the Masaki clan would be pursued by the Jurai Military and the Galaxy Police. First, the Masaki clan had ran a bar on a resort planet to get needed money. Nagi had walked into the bar to get a drink, but stormed out when she got the overpriced bill. When the Masakis had to leave the bar in a hurry, Nagi was on their tail, but was impeded by G.P. cruisers. At another time, Nagi entered a bathing-suit contest just to spite Ryko and won, only to have Ryko steal the prize money. However, the last time they met, Nagi helped out her old rival when Tenchi, along with the knights Azaka and Kamidake, went to Jurai to rescue Ayeka, who had been kidnapped by the false emperor Kagato. The main reason why she chose to help the group was that she didn't want anyone else to take Ryko's life. Nagi even passed up a chance to fight Ryko, as Ryko was badly injured from her previous fight against Kagato, and Nagi preferred not to take advantage of a wounded opponent. At the end of the series, she and Ken-Ohki were still searching for Ryko, who had disappeared after the battle. Though she has protected Ryko and wished for her safety, Nagi professes that they're not friends, and that she hunts her only to settle their unfinished business. Unlike Ryko, Nagi does not have any superhuman abilities. She instead relies on advanced technology, such as an energy sword and whip, and her excellent fighting skills to compensate for Ryko's sheer power. (source: Wikipedia)".

She initially introduced herself as Hiroko Seto's fan, but her ulterior motives were revealed later on. Nagi is stubborn and childish. She was introduced as a cunning character who despises Arima Kousei. Nagi maintains a realistic look in life and repeatedly testifies her hate for cliché. Because of her unerring piano skills, she is slightly arrogant and claims herself as "Angel of Kurumi Junior High". Nagi also appears to have a distaste for anyone who refers to their superiors without the appropriate honorific, as shown when Miike did not refer to Kousei Arima as his Sensei or Senpai, instead addressing him directly as "Arima." Nagi is often seen to have a brother-complex, seeming to be completely fixated on her brother Takeshi. This complex has driven her to follow in his footsteps in order to get him to notice her and to also stop her brother's own fixation on Kousei. In the later parts of the anime, Nagi warms up to Kousei, comforting and trying to make him smile while he was upset. Nagi holds deep respect for Kousei and admires him for his piano playing skills. Though it is not stated if she holds affection for him. Nagi already has exceptional skills in piano before she became Kousei's apprentice. She is the prize winner of the Elena International Music Contest and Obtained the grand prize at the Matsuno Music Contest. When Seto-san asked her to demonstrate her skill, she easily performed Etude Op. 25 No. 5, the same piece Kousei played at the Maihou Competition. During her lessons with Kousei, she blames her small hands for not being able to play in the right tempo or dynamic. Her skills improves drastically after being tutored by Kousei and can even keep up with his playing during her school festival performance. Unlike most musicians in the story, Nagi doesn't perform for 'glory or perfection' but for obligation to become closer to her brother. When she was younger, she saw her elder brother as some sort of hero. They often played together and had a close relationship, but Takeshi started to fix on Kousei Arima. Because of that, he started to practice hard and the strong bond between the two became thinner over the years. In order to be closer to her brother, Nagi starts to play the piano herself and enters a music Middle School (Source: Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso Wikia)".

- nagi-sanzenin comment "Age: 13 Birthday: December 3 Height: 138 cm Weight: 29 kg Blood type: AB Likes: manga (reading, drawing, and writing), anime, video games Dislikes: school, spicy food, dark places, finance, learning, being kidnapped, losing to anyone, being alone, anyone who "likes" Hayate Nagi is the only heir to the Sanzenin fortune. She isn't just your average "rich girl." Calling her "rich" would be selling her short. The "Sanzenin fortune" is so large, throwing away 20 trillion yen in a red herring investment is considered a prank. Nagi is a short-tempered, spoiled, anti-social or socially withdrawn, hates to lose and to admit her faults, has a considerably hard time confessing her true feelings towards Hayate or anything in the fact of the matter, she acts immature a large portion of the time but is ultimately a good, educated girl. She is good at finance and likes to learn. Her mind is possessed with her own. She cares for her family and friends, but she doesn't want to show her concern directly. She usually tends to show her concern with "formal words." She is a tomboy and tsundere hikkikomori princess. Since going outside is very dangerous because of her status, Nagi favors staying at home. Not liking company in general, she lives away from her grandfather in a "small" (compared to the main Sanzenin estate) mansion with minimal staff. Despite her Otaku NEET-like lifestyle, she is intelligent enough to skip 3 grades at school, which even turns out to be one of Tokyo's most prestigious academies. She has an otaku-level hobby with manga, anime and video games, and draws her own manga. Her Otaku-level is high enough that she has submitted entries for multiple amateur manga competitions, though her entries never won. Her only surviving family is her grandfather, whom she doesn't like, so she regards Maria as a mother or older sister figure, and warns Hayate not to touch Maria in any indecent way or she will never forgive him. She has a crush on Hayate, and has misunderstood Hayate thinking that he loves her. (Source: Wikipedia)".

- nagi-springfield comment "Negi's father and a legendary wizard. The origin of his title is ambiguous; some bill him as the master of a thousand spells (which is patently untrue since he admits to being a dropout who only knows a handful of spells, and needs to read out of pocket notes to cast other spells). However, this was stated in a dream that Evangeline had, and because she "hates" him, may not be true. However, it seems to have been verified by Asuna having Nagi say something to the same effect during her most detailed flashback dream. There is also a rumor that he made probationary contracts with a thousand different girls, though this is almost certainly just a lie of Albert Chamomile's, meant to inspire Negi to make many contracts and earn Chamo-kun a huge brokerage fee with the Ermine Society. However, the fact that Nagi's Probationary Contract with Albireo Imma (see below) bears the number 1001 (as the Roman MI) could support this rumor. Nagi is so strong, in both magical and physical combat, that he does not even need any Ministra Magi to help him. His fighting style was that of a magic swordsman, using both speedy magic casting and hand-to-hand combat in tandem. Despite what many people thought, he never did graduate from a wizard school, because he was a dropout. When he was ten years old, he became the winner of essentially the last Legendary Mahora Martial Arts Tournament, twenty-five years before the current one. Later, Nagi and his friends fought in a magic war that ended when he was fifteen years of age. After the war, he became famous for his heroic deeds and received the title of Thousand Master. He disappeared ten years ago in 1993, the same year Negi was born. No one knows precisely what happened to him, but most people assume he is in fact dead (In a recording made by Alberio shortly before Negi's birth, Nagi himself assumed that he would be dead by the time Negi saw it). However, Nagi at least managed to survive until four years later, where he showed up just in time to save Negi from a horde of demons attacking his home village. He seemed to still be in trouble however, as he could only stay long enough to give Negi his staff. According to some flashbacks, Nagi is a nice and playful man, with a cunning and shrewdness that surpasses common sense. The illusionary Nagi created by Alberio was much the same, though with a noticeable ego. It has been speculated that since Alberio has a pactio with Nagi, which is still currently active, this proves that the Thousand Master is still alive.".

When Amu rejected the offer to join the Guardians, Nadeshiko tried many ways to convince Amu; One of those was to bribe Amu with photos of Tadase sleeping. It was revealed later on in the manga that Nadeshiko is a boy and his real name is Nagihiko. It is the rule of the Fujisaki family that the males are trained to become "oyama" (male actors who plays female parts in kabuki). That is why Nagihiko wears female clothes and goes by a female name. He goes studying abroad in Europe to "complete" his dancing. It is hinted that he may have feelings for Amu from episode 25, where he admits that there is a girl that he is "interested" in, however; he is not ready to reveal himself to her as of yet. In chapter 27, Nagihiko is shown with the First K-chair, Tadase, and Kukai. The First King has decided that Nagihiko will serve as the interim Jack, since Kairi left at the end of Chapter 26. Kukai and Tadase are the first few people that knows Nagihiko's secret, the others being Nagihiko's family and the First King. - nagisa-aoi comment "Nagisa is the main character. Nagisa suddenly transfers to an all-girls school called St. Miator Girl's Academy because her parents went overseas for work, leaving Nagisa behind. Nagisa ended up transferring to Miator after her aunt, who is a past graduate of St. Miator, the oldest school of Astraea Hill, recommended she attend. She seems to have a peppy personality, which can usually cause her to get in trouble if it gets the best of her. At first, whenever Nagisa gazed into the eyes of Shizuma Hanazono, she was unable to move at all, as if she was completely paralyzed. Later on, she seems to have developed a strong attraction towards Shizuma; the Etoile may very well be Nagisa's first love. Other things about her include that Nagisa is easily frightened, making her tremble at even the slightest mention of something scary. This continues the theme that she tends to be more childish than most of the rest of the students her age. Also, she often likes to admire others for their artistic abilities. She herself has displayed an aptitude for acting and the piano, both nurtured through interaction with Shizuma. (Source: Wikipedia)".
