- prowl description "Prowl is a Cybertron (Autobot) of many virtues - he is quiet, competent, loyal, and possessed of almost endless patience. When Convoy (Optimus Prime) appoints Prowl a task, he can be guaranteed that it will be completed to the best of Prowl's ability. Prowl is not given to speculation or estimation - the only realm in which he will work is that of the proven fact; if he can't explain it, he will not believe it. He hates doubt, and strives to make a situation as simple and logical as possible, purging excesses of concern from his mind by going to Optimus Prime for assurance. Prowl is friendly, but only as a listener; as a talker, he is not so sociable, entering a conversation usually only when someone makes an unreasonable remark, and demanding an explanation. Prowl's logic center is unquestionably the most powerful of all the Cybertrons', giving him the ability to analyze any combat situation almost instantaneously and then advise on the optimal course of action - a skill that makes him eminently suited to his role as the Cybertron's (Autobots') military strategist and analyst. For example, he can compute the paths of movement of 800 separate moving objects and determine the proper countermove in half a second. In robot mode, he is armed with a pair of shoulder-mounted cannons which fire wire-guided incendiary missiles, and a semi-automatic rifle that shoots pellets filled with a highly corrosive acid. He transforms into a police car version of a Datsun Fairlady 280ZX. Prowl's straightforward mind means that non-linear thinking is one of his biggest weaknesses. Irrational situations and thought processes can sometimes scramble his circuits to the extent that his mind will briefly shut down. Prowl was one of the many Cybertrons killed in the 1986 film. In the year 2005, when the Cybertrons had been forced off of Cybertron (planet) and were based out of Scramble City/Cybertron City (Autobot City) on Earth and two orbiting moonbases, Prowl, Ironhide, Ratchet and Brawn were dispatched to Earth to collect a shipment of Energon Cubes that would power the Cybertrons' subsequent strike at the Destrons. Getting wind of the plan, Megatron and his forces attacked their shuttle, and a single direct hit from Scavenger's weapon penetrated Prowl's armor, melting his internal workings and ending his life. His recovered body was laid to rest in the Cybertrons' (Autobots') deep-space mausoleum, which was later destroyed.".

- prussia description "Nation's name: Kingdom of Prussia (Königreich Preußen) Capital: Köningsberg Language: German Birthday: January 18 National flower: Cornflower Human name: Gilbert Beilschmidt Height: 177 cm (5'9") Age: 20 (appearance) A now non-existent country that was dissolved by the Allies in 1947. He was born to fight, fight, fight, and avoided marriages at all costs. His hair is platinum blonde with deep violet-red eyes to match, but in early artwork, his hair was colored dark blonde and his eyes were blue. In the past, he picked on Hungary, whom he thought to be male because of her burly personality and appearance as a child. Eventually, the two found out that Hungary was actually female, and since then, their relationship has been somewhat awkward, and because of their competitive childhood (and the fact that they still hold grudges against each other for all of the things that they did to torture each other in the past), they don't really get along. However, Hungary did mention once that she'd be very lonely if anything ever happened to Prussia. In response, Prussia often shows dismay and somberness whenever he spots Hungary and Austria spending time together. Prussia's younger brother and drinking buddy is Germany, whom he affectionately calls "West." After he was dissolved, Prussia moved into Germany's house and has lived there ever since. You can usually find Germany cleaning and organizing their home, stumbling over and complaining about all of the "weird" décor and other things that Prussia buys. The two seem to butt heads every now and then, but overall, they get along pretty well and Prussia appears to be an affectionate (but terribly irresponsible) big bro. It seems as though he also has a lot of love for Italy. He once took several snapshots of him (and one with Romano in it) when he went to Italy's house for dinner, proceeding to post them on his blog. Also, he affectionately calls Italy, "Italy-chan." For several reasons, Prussia hates Russia. At one time, he was completely terrified by him, but currently, he's not as afraid. This was said to be because Germany is now a very strong and stable country that Russia won't be able to breach anytime soon, which, when reflecting upon this, was mentioned to make Prussia very proud of his little brother. Although he was generally pretty close with his leaders, no other has ever come as close as Frederich II was with him, whom he calls "Old Man Fritz." Although he passed away a long time ago, Prussia hopes that Old Man Fritz is watching him from heaven and is proud of everything that he's done since his death. As far as his personality goes, he's extremely loyal, and will do anything to become stronger. However, he's quite arrogant, thinking that he's better and more "awesome" than anyone else. Germany once said that Prussia has practically no common sense, but really, he has the diligence of a tough soldier; his bad manners kind of cover that up, though. Prussia's left-handed, and according to his profile on his blog, his blood type is most likely A. He's been shown to own a little yellow bird, which often sits on his head or shoulder. Prussia was not aware of this bird's existence until a "fan" of his blog "sent him an email" about it. The bird hasn't been officially named yet by Hidekaz Himaruya, but it's often called "Gilbird" among fans. He refers to himself as "Ore-sama" ("Ore" in Japanese is the male diminutive of "I," but is considered more "manly" but improper when compared to its "more-polite" counterpart, "boku," which also means "I" in the masculine tense. "Sama" is an honorific used when referring to someone of higher status than the speaker). Another (fanmade) nickname of his is "Gilbo." Although not canon, it is a popular moniker among fans. His human surname was once rendered as "Weillschmidt" for some time among fans. However, since it does not exist as an actual German surname, "Beilschmidt" seems to be a more proper translation.".

Her alchemy utilizes cards and water and her transmutation circle is on her chest. She uses this to her advantage when battling men by slowly unzipping her shirt and then using alchemy against them. Known as a great beauty, she was Ed's first female opponent, which is pretty obvious when he tackled her on a roof as he accidentally grabbed her left breast with his automail hand. Psiren/Clara also took advantage of Al's gullibility by claiming she was stealing to save a hospital, a convent, and a school all while disguised as a nurse, nun, and schoolteacher respectively. She shows an affinity towards Edward, possibly romantic, even as he finally captures her, going so far as to offer to steal anything he wanted. When they part ways, she tells him to go to Xenotime for more information on the Philosopher's Stone. After she is arrested, she easily escapes an hour later. - ptilol description "Ptilol (Petite Roll in the manga and Petirol in the dub) and Cyprine are, together, considered the fifth of the Witches 5. It has been stated by Naoko Takeuchi in the Materials Collection that Ptilol is just an extension of Cyprine's power, yet they seem to act as one. Ptilol is named for the mineral ptilolite. Ptilol is simply the other half of the witch Cyprine. In the anime, Cyprine was portrayed as the last of the Witches 5. It was only when confronted that she revealed her "other self", Ptilol. The two prove nearly invincible to the Sailor Senshi, as one always blocks incoming attacks with her powers while the other blasts from behind. Gradually, the Senshi are able to trick the two into blasting each other, killing both at the same time. In the manga, Cyprine is the highest ranking witch at level 999, and her death attack is "Ribbon Buster." She was called upon by Kaolinite specifically to take care of the Sailor Senshi. Cyprine attacks Haruka Tenoh in her apartment. Haruka promptly transforms into Sailor Uranus, and the Inner Senshi, Sailor Neptune and Sailor Pluto appear to aid their fellow senshi. Cyprine then uses her power to magnify the preexisting feelings of hostility and tension between the Inner Senshi and Outer Senshi. Sailor Moon, horrified by the maneuver, attempts to destroy Cyprine with her Moon Spiral Heart Attack, but this attack fails. Cyprine isn't hurt, and instead splits herself into two halves, herself and another, Ptilol. These two are only one person, split in two, and are not twins. Cyprine is the only fifth witch, and Ptilol is merely an extension of Cyprine that has to manifested itself as Ptilol. Cyprine and Ptilol are one, and they believe that no one can defeat them. Sailor Moon gathers energy from all of the senshi to create the Holy Grail, and uses it to transform into Super Sailor Moon. She then uses her "Rainbow Moon Heart Ache" attack to destroy Cyprine and Ptilol.".

- pu-ar description "Pu'ar is a soft-spoken shapechanging blue creature and the constant companion of Yamcha. The name is revealed to be a pun on Pu-erh tea. Pu'ar is neither a cat or a mouse, albeit the series creator Akira Toriyama stated that he had drawn the character to look a little bit like a cat. Traveling alongside Yamcha, the two worked as a team robbing anyone traveling through the desert area in which they lived. Pu'ar has an innate ability of levitation or flight, and is nearly always seen simply 'standing' in thin air at about human head height. Pu'ar has the unique ability to shapeshift into any form, even inanimate objects, and can hold that form for as long as desired; though strength is not increased by the change, however, as such is unable to turn into something that can be used up like fuel or food. Pu'ar graduated from the same shapeshifting academy as Oolong, although unlike Oolong, Pu'ar had completed all of the academy training and does not have Oolong's difficulties with maintaining a transformed state. Pu'ar shows up quite a bit in the beginning, but becomes less of a presence as the series continues. As the driving theme of the series is mostly about fighting, Pu'ar can do little more than react to the horrors of the latest supervillains in the story. There is some debate regarding the character's gender. Despite being portrayed by several female voice actors, the character has been referred to with both male and female pronouns during the anime. Though the issue of gender is never directly addressed, Toriyama has referred to Pu'ar as "he" while answering a fan question in the "Ask Me Anything" section in the back of the manga. Some fans believe that since shape-shifters can assume many different forms, gender is a moot point. (Spurce: DB Wiki)".

She is hopelessly in love with Garu, and is constantly trying to kiss him. Rather than speaking, Pucca communicates with giggling, kissing, growling sounds, and occasional short words like "hello", "tada", and "yu huh!". She has also been seen cheering "G-A-R-U" with Ching on one occasion in episode Tokyo-A-Go-Go when Garu was Sumo Wrestling and on another occasion "A-B-Y-O" when they both acted as cheerleaders in the episode Ninjitsu for Dummies. She and Garu also both sing in Hooray for Bollywood!(despite their voices are completely different than the occasional noises that they make). Pucca lives with her guardians, the three Master Chefs at the Goh-Rong restaurant, where she works as a delivery girl, driving around town on her red scooter. She has a pink cat named Yani, who flirts with other cats, but is only interested in Garu's black cat, Mio. Although she is not a ninja, she has demonstrated some unique abilities of her own that make up for what she lacks in training, such as immense speed, strength, and a rock-hard head. Her superhuman abilities are not always necessary for her to save the day, however, as she's extremely present-minded and resourceful. Though she is typically sweet-natured, Pucca has a very bad temper, a reckless attitude, and when another girl is seen interested in Garu, Pucca angrily charges for the girl and (usually) tends to "beat her up". Pucca has very long black hair, but usually wears it in an odango style. The only times her hair is out of her usual style is in episodes Ghost Of A Kiss (though it is her ancestor, whom looked exactly like Pucca), Ring Ring's Party Favors when she was blasted out of the Goh-rong when Ring Ring uses her opera voice, destroying most of it, and her hair ties snap off and He Loves Me Not where her hair was flowing from an unusual power. Pucca is also a talented musician, as evidenced in And the Band Played Rong, Sooga Size Me, and a few other episodes. Most likely out of a desire to protect him, Pucca often takes over where Garu (unwillingly) gives up. Pucca also has an alter-ego named "Noodle Girl" that sometimes appears in the series. It is revealed in the episode Tomb It May Concern that Pucca is Uncle Dumpling's, Ho's and Linguini's niece (Though not which side of the family they come from), although this was the only time it was ever touched upon. though the back of some of the Pucca DVD cases also state that the chief's are Pucca's uncles.".
