- rally-cheyenne description "Height: 5'7" Weight: 120 lbs Rally is the leader and founder of AMP. Rally does not wear the AMP uniform, but instead dresses in formal business suits. As commander of the AMP, Rally is highly concerned with the welfare and well being of the officers under her command. She realizes that her officers undergo stresses totally unlike that of normal police officers, and thus, is more concerned with results than specific regulations. Rally is very business-like in all her dealings, both with her own officers and with other police officials. Rally even has a sense of humor, but it's kept hidden. There is little hard data to be found on Rally. Her personal files contain a large number of blanks. The age given above is conjectural: in the tenth volume of the manga (set in early 2030), she refers to her first meeting with Ganossa Maximillian as occurring thirty years ago (1999 or 2000) and that she was eight at the time. However, she states in volume 3 (2027) that she was born thirty years ago. Her private life is a total mystery, as well as such simple details as where she lives. If she has any romantic attachments is unknown. It is known that Rally has a sister by the name of Rosa, who has sided with the Lucifer Hawk. Rally and Rosa are half-Lucifer Hawk. This gives them great magical powers, though they are rarely shown. When Rosa was first introduced, Rally experienced flashbacks to her childhood that included persecution of the 'devil's children.' As a result, the older sibling is often reluctant to use her powers. Their parents are most likely dead; a woman named Lufa (spelling uncertain) with a strong resemblance to Rally showed up in one episode of the TV series, Mobius Klein, with a few indications that she was Rally's mother. She was part of the old Sorcerers' Guild with Gigelf Liqueur, Avalanche Wong, Genvara Cheng, and several others. Her main magical power was teleportation. (In manga 3 she tells her fellow AMP people that her mother was human but her father was from the Lucifer Hawk.) Rally seems to have significant financial resources, as shown by the fact that she engineered a buyout of the privatized Japanese police department in early 2030 or late 2029. The initial founding of the AMP may also be considered evidence, though it is unknown if she had other backers at the time.".
- rally-dawson description "Rally may look like a girl, but he is indeed a boy. He is the youngest in the crew that hang out with Yusei in Satellite and assumes the role of the thief in order to get what they need, even without the approval of his friends. Because of this, Rally has a small Marker under his left eye. In the first episode of the anime, he gives Yusei a chip for his D-Wheel, protesting that he hasn’t stolen it, when the reality is he has. Security track him down and the first duel between Yusei and Ushio occurs. Rally is an upbeat and optimistic boy who looks up to Yusei and Jack as heroes. After Jack drifted from the group, Rally desperately tried to get him to become friends with Yusei after the two seemed to have a disagreement and informed Jack of the test that Yusei is about to carry out on the D-Wheel. Jack called Rally to an undisclosed location, the boy immediately following the request after feeling he owed Jack for saving him from thugs that had been chasing him during a previous occasion. Jack then knocked Rally unconscious and tied him up before placing him in a boat and setting him adrift as bait to lure Yusei in. When Yusei arrived, Jack forced him to choose between his D-Wheel and his friend, Yusei choosing the latter without hesitation. While Jack rode off with Stardust and Yusei’s D-Wheel, Yusei rescued Rally who sank below the surface of the water. Rally’s determination for Yusei to follow Jack and resorting to thievery may be a result of guilt because of this incident. During the second season, Rally is with the others when Yusei and Crow return and make their way to the B.A.D lands where Crow lives. During the night, Rally wakes up to find Yusei gone and follow the two D-Wheelers to find Yusei duelling Kiryu. When Yusei loses and Crow takes him to Martha’s, Rally insists that the others take Yusei’s damaged D-Wheel and protests how it represents their friendship. The others eventually agree and the four run into multiple incidents on their way before meeting with Saiga. They return to Martha’s and wait for news on Yusei’s condition. When the Dark Signers engulf Satellite in a black fog, Rally and the others vanish. Rally is later used as a replacement for Rudger when Yusei gains the upper hand in their duel. Determined not to let Yusei die, Rally summons One-Shot Cannon and destroys Uru, wiping out the rest of his lifepoints and sacrificing himself. As he dies in Yusei’s arms, he pleads for Yusei to rescue Satellite before crumbling into dust. When Yusei defeats Rudger and Uru, Rally is amongst those returned as a result of the Earthbound God’s fall. He hasn't appear in Season 3 and it's unclear if he will.".

He claims to know over 1,000 different techniques. He has an oval-shaped face with a Fu Manchu moustache and wears a queue hairstyle. On his forehead is the kanji ä¸ (Chuu), which is the first character in ä¸å›½ (Chuugoku), the Japanese word for China. Unlike most Choujins he lacks a muscular body and instead possesses an athletic build, particularly in the earlier chapters when he had a bony and slender build and his cheekbones stuck out. During the time of his first appearance (20th Choujin Olympics Arc), he is known as the Most Zangyaku Choujin (残è™超人, Brutal Superman) and kills many of his opponents, but as the series progresses he fights as a Seigi Choujin (æ£ç¾©è¶…人, Justice Superman). During his Zangyaku Choujin days, he was a gentleman after leaving the ring and even disliked using weapons. At one point in the series, he is in a vegetative state due to a severe head injury. So he assumes the identity of Mongolman (モンゴルマン) for a while, wearing a special mask made of a healing tree bark, so that he can fight once again. He was also one of the few characters in Kinnikuman to never die. He became very popular with readers (more than Kinnikuman himself), ranking 3rd in both the Good and Evil categories of the first Character Poll and then ranking First in the 2nd Poll. Yudetamgo have stated that they originally intended for him to be merely a one time villain for the Choujin Olympics, but he became so popular after his Third Place Determination Match against Terryman that they decided to keep him around. In response to this popularity, Ramenman got his own spin-off series called Tatakae!! Ramenman. (Source: Wikipedia)".

She appeared in anime episode 9. She had the appearance of a pale-skinned woman with purple hair, red lines running down her cheeks, and a black star on her cheek. She masqueraded as the owner of a new shop called the Clock Look, a store that sold a large variety of discounted clocks. The clocks, however, had been cursed, and sapped energy from their owners. Usagi and her family managed to get their hands on a few of the clocks, and fell under Ramua's spell. The clocks would begin to glow at night, speeding up the buyers' perspective of time; this made the humans then began to speed up and produce large amounts of energy, which Ramua and Jaedite collected. Luna took Usagi's clock to Ami, who used her computer to analyze the it; they found it had no mechanism inside, and instead let off a large beam of light. Sensing trouble, Ami, Usagi, and Luna left for the Clock Look, where Usagi transformed into Sailor Moon and blasted a hole in the locked door of the shop. Sailor Mercury followed after, but Luna was locked out after the blast-hole fixed itself. Inside, the two Sailor Senshi confronted Ramua, who then revealed her true form and disappeared into a large clock. Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury followed her in and found themselves in a dimension that had unstable time fields, at one point reducing Sailor Moon into a small child. After returning to her normal form, Sailor Moon followed Mercury as she guided them through the time field right to Ramua. Before they could attack, however, both of them were are stopped; Sailor Moon collapsed from her energy depletion, and Ramua stopped time around Sailor Mercury, preventing her from moving. Ramua attempted to kill them with her spear, but they were saved when Tuxedo Mask shattered the face of the large clock with his rose, reversing the energy-draining spell and depleting Ramua's powers, as well as freeing the two Senshi. Sailor Mercury used her Sabão Spray to cloak the dimension in mist, and Sailor Moon then used her tiara to destory Ramua and the dimension. (Source: Project WikiMoon)".

Ran is this generation's Prophet in Gabe and, therefore, she has the ability to see into the future. She goes every now and then into Lux to sell flowers, but recently she seems to just follow people around. She takes special interest in Ichise and helps him escape from the sewers when Isshii's men throw him down there. She acts as a kind of restraint for Ichise while he learned how to use his Texhnolyze better. While learning, he was prone to fits of insane rage, but she seemed to calm him down. After she's done with him, she follows Tatsuya around until he kills Yoshii, at which point she begins to hate her ability to see into the future because "nothing ever changes". (This, however, is a lie: In the first episode, she sees a vision of the Elder being assassinated, but Yoshii ends up saving him. Of course, it could be explained away that her powers grow the more that they occur.) She is supposed to become the Prophet in Gabe, but the Elder explains that she can't accept her role. She doesn't want to believe in her fate or the fate of her people because it's too big a burder for her to shoulder. She hates seeing a future that is only filled with despair. Ichise desperately wanted to know his future and after much prodding, she finally tells him that he will destroy everyone and will be all alone in the end. She eventually leaves Gabe and heads to the city, talking to her 'other self' on the way. There are kind of two sides to her: one when she wears her mask and one when she has her mask off. She heads over to the bridge in front of the Obelisk and the people of Lux begin to flock towards her and this is where we're left off. As it turns out, she is Kanno's supposed 'Sister', Theoria. He tells us that she was the one who 'birthed' Lux. She also has the ability to talk to people through Texhnolyze as a 'voice of the city'. She commands Oonishi to kill her for causing the madness in Lux. She is eventually captured by the Shapes and taken to Kanno. She refuses to merge with him and become his 'sister', so he has her Shaped. When Oonishi kills her 'spirit', Kanno is free to merge with her since she has no more consciousness. Ichise eventually retrieves her from Kanno and lays her to rest where the Elder ended up. (Source: somehow-someday.com/texhnolze)".

She is in the Senior rank. Her color image is pink. (Source: Wikipedia)".

- ran-kotobuki description "She is the titular character of the series and its main protagonist. She is a very strong-willed, athletic, and attractive gal who rules the streets of Shibuya. Although she comes from a long line of police officers, she is ditzy and absent-minded when it comes to school and the only subject she gets good grades on is physical education and her poorest subjects are mathematics and literature and has trouble even solving problems from lower grade levels. When she was in elementary school, she was actually enthusiastic to become a police officer, but quit the ambition after learning that if she becomes one, she won't be able to wear her favorite accessories or dye her hair. She is usually obsessed with anything that is trendy or catches her eye, usually brown-nosing guys who find her cute to buy them, and is also quite gluttonous. But inside her heart, she has a strong sense of justice that runs in her blood and is extremely intimidating and tough when she's in combat mode. She is a role model to the junior students at Hounan High for her social status as a magnificent gal for justice and her very understanding nature for teens who are learning to cope, but there were some who looked upon her with jealousy and anger. Despite being an underachiever (barely being able to graduate in the manga), Ran is actually pretty smart and has a good memory on what she is interested in (like shopping). There is a running gag in the manga that some of her friends say, "If only she used that (memory, concentration, etc.) on studying...". Her boyfriend is Tatsuki Kuroi, who is as ditzy and dumb as she is. Their love life is complicated (but strangely comedic at times), since Ran doesn't really care about boys, but she does like her boyfriend, and kissed his cheek (only in the manga). Also, she has a foreign friend, Vivian Lin, a Taiwanese celebrity who looks amazingly like her, whom she met during a school trip to Taiwan (only shown in two stories of the manga). After the series was over, Ran eventually did become a police officer (As was shown in Mihona Fujii's page in the KochiKame Anniversary Book).".
- ran-luckmolde description "Cold and cynical, it's hard to tell who is more frigid--Heigar or Ran. This 17-year-old girl is the third and last female member of the mostly-boys Zwei class. Ran develops some kind of attraction for Pat Campbell, even though he is half her age and prefers Ginny and Juli's more open company to Ran's. This attraction becomes apparent as the series goes on despite Ran's attempts to hide it. Indeed, it was insinuated by Heigar that Ran's emotions concerning Pat bordered on shota-con. Ran slapped Heigar by means of reply, and Heigar retaliated by demoting Ran from her elite Zwei status to a failing E student and had her thrown out of the bridge. (Source: Wikipedia)".

- ran-mouri description "Mouri Ran is a childhood friend of Kudou Shinichi. She is the daughter of Mouri Kogorou, a private detective, and Kisaki Eri, a lawyer. Her parents got separated when she was seven, and one of her biggest goals is to get them back together. Her best friend next to Shinichi is her classmate Suzuki Sonoko, who constantly teases her about her relationship with Shinichi. After Shinichi's disappearance, Ran met Edogawa Conan, who was introduced by Professor Agasa as a "distant relative" and asked Ran if she wouldn't mind taking care of him at her house. She and her father practically adopted him; Ran immediately came to think of him as a surrogate little brother. Little did (and still does) Ran know that "Conan" is actually Shinichi. Ran's greatest personality trait is that she genuinely cares for those she loves. She is also patient, kind, and nurturing. Like Shinichi, she highly values justice to the point of idealism. To avoid making Shinichi choose between her and his important case (really an excuse because Shinichi has turned into Conan and can't return), she has decided to wait for him to finish it, trusting his promise that he will come back despite their separation causing Ran a lot of emotional pain. Ran is also very hot-blooded and tends to act on impulses when the people she cares about are involved; the combination of jumping to conclusions and not hesitating to use karate on those who she perceives to have wronged someone have led to several "near-miss" misunderstandings. Early on, she would become violently suspicious if she thought Shinichi was philandering although more recently his confessions have lead her to trust his intentions. Even though Ran is in love with Shinichi, she often fails to convey her feelings because she suddenly becomes self conscious. She can be very brave and resourceful when she wants to be, and rescues Conan from trouble on occasion. However, she has an irrational fear of the supernatural and is thus - unlike her friend Sonoko - absolutely no fan of anything related to the horror genre. She also constantly tries to reunite her father and mother again - though with little success, thanks to the mutual stubbornness of both parents. Men also tend to pay her a lot of undue romantic attention, a fact that makes Sonoko somewhat jealous (and of which Ran herself is completely unaware). Ran is very self sufficient for her age. This is because her father is drunk, slovenly, and fiscally irresponsible. She handles many of the Mouri household's financial affairs and all the cooking and housework. She also ensures Kogorou doesn't slack off on his job, is on his best behavior for client meetings, and she often greets and provides refreshments for potential clients.".

She's been working in entertainment since she was little, so she considers herself a professional and acts mature. She can be a bit of a lone wolf, but she's also very candid with a good, caring personality. Like many others, she believed Ichigo and Aoi could not rise as top idols together. Ran is Ichigo's classmate who is secretly keeping a close eye on Ichigo and Aoi, and knows they won't be together forever and will one day go against each other. She had been a bit of a loner after her friend and former roommate, Mako, had to drop out of Starlight Academy probably because she might have lost confidence, but soon warms up to Ichigo and Aoi. She hides her feelings around other people since she's called the "Beautiful Blade" who never smiles. She steps with her left foot on the runway since Mako stepped with her left foot first. Her favorite brand is Spicy Ageha. Unlike Ichigo and Aoi, Ran is a professional idol and has an aura like Mizuki. In fact, she has even been elected as Tristar's third member after Kaede Ichinose was elected as the second. Ran was elected in Episode 35 of the anime. In Episode 37, Ran quits Tristar to be in Soleil, and Yurika takes her place. However, in Episode 39, both units are merged into STAR☆ANIS. Then in Episode 40, Powapowa-Puririn added and in Episode 41, Shion Kamiya stated that she won't join STAR☆ANIS, and in the same episode, STAR☆ANIS had it's public debut. (Source: Aikatsu! Wikia)".
