- rasati-tigres description "Rasati is Lillia's older sister and a talented martial artist that regularly participates in tournaments against Edel Raid Pleasures (and still manages to defeat them without an Edel Raid of her own). She is extremely protective of Lillia, and because her sister is an Edel Raid, she looks down upon Pleasures for using them as "weapons". She instead relies on Ki-based attacks and pure determination. Rasati is also very tomboyish and usually serious. Lillia, being an Edel Raid, was bought by the arena manager from Rasati's uncle. Realizing that paying back the debt would set the sisters free, Rasati became a determined fighter, putting all her winning money into paying off Lillia's debt. In the anime, she is mainly around just for the arena arc with some less important roles later. In the manga, the sisters continue to travel with the main group for quite some time. After Ren explains that fighting with an Edel Raid means fighting together, not using the Edel Raid as a weapon, Rasati reacts with Lillia to gain a leg blade that can shoot out energy. ".

As Spike is searching for answers regarding Vincent Volaju and the virus outbreak, he comes to Rasheed who seems to know a lot about beans and shares his knowledge with Spike at a bean shop. Spike makes it clear that his only interest is in the terrorist attack by Vincent and his method. Spike then follows Rasheed to a remote store and gives him a vase that is "perfect for him". He then disappears, leaving a slightly confused Spike. Later in the film it's revealed that he's really Dr. Mendelo Al Hedia, former professor of SIT, and pioneer of nanomachine technology. He developed the nano-machinery that was used as a virus for the military and vaccinated Vincent in attempt to keep it under control. He then apparently escaped from the medical facility and took refuge in Mars' Moroccan street, assuming a new identity. He provides Spike with a sample of the nano-machine virus in an attempt to atone for his creating it. In a later scene on the Moroccan street steps, after revealing to Spike the nature of the nanomachine virus and the vaccine given to Vincent, armed soldiers show up and Rasheed takes off, followed by the sounds of gunfire. His fate is unclear, though a scene plays during the credits of the movie that shows him to be alive and well on Moroccan street. (Source: Cowboy Bebop Wikia, edited)".

- ratchman description "Ratchman is the leader of the Aryan Socialist Union, a neo-Nazi organization operating in the United States. He was commissioned by Lord Alfred, a former SS officer in hiding in South America, to do a single task: salvage the painting 'The Twelve Knights led by Brunhilda' from the wreak of U-1324, a Type IX-C U-boat that was sunk on March 24, 1945 by a U.S. Navy patrol just outside its objective of Batavia (now Jakarta), with the promise of financial backing of the organization (oddly enough, Lord Alfred ALSO gave the same job to the Lagoon Company, mainly as a test for Ratchman). Ratchman is a petty, cowardly man, whose main quality is giving grandiose, overly-emotional speeches to inspire his men. He has no sense of either foresight or planning, as evident when Revy and Dutch raided their ship after stealing the painting from Revy and Rock, who entered the U-boat ahead of the A.S.U., with both Dutch - and mostly Revy – causing a bloodbath among the A.S.U.'s company as they celebrated in a drunken party. It was later - after his men were killed - when Ratchman discovered from a phone call to Lord Alfred that he was merely TESTING Ratchman and his organization - and found them as poor Nazis. Ratchman was later killed by Revy and Dutch when Revy offered one of her guns to him. Ratchman then tried to kill himself, but then turned the gun to Dutch - and found it empty.".

- raven-a8f98be2-20cb-456f-9cec-8731de6201f0 description "Raven first appeared in episode 12 of Chaotic Century, "The Black Organoid." In the episode, an Organoid and a kid had been reported destroying an entire batallion of sleeper Guysaks. Van Flyheight, Fiona and the Organoid, Zeke, are initially mistaken for the culprits, and are pursued by the Republican Army. Raven, however, rescued them. Van and Fiona followed Raven to a plateau, pressing him for information, which he refused to divulge. Irvine showed up, warning Van that Raven was the one who'd been killing Zoids. Raven announced that he despised Zoids, and his Organoid, Shadow, as well as his Zoid, the Zaber Fang, step out from behind the plateau. Van then watched in horror as Raven destroyed an entire fleet of Godos which were sent after him. Enraged, Van challenged Raven with his Shield Liger, but lost quickly and easily to Raven's superior skill. Van and Raven would continue to have skirmishes in several following episodes. The next battle left Zeke in a weakened state. While Van was trying to help Zeke recover, Irvine challenged Raven to a battle with a new weapon but Raven, along Shadow, defeated him with ease as well. He then viewed Major Schubaltz's battle against Captain Herman's Gojulas. Seeing Herman collapsing the Gojulas, Raven denounced Herman's abilities and commented that if he were piloting the Gojulas, no one would have escaped. During Prozen's invasion, Raven and Van battled again; this time Van finally managed to draw with Raven until he had to leave due to Prozen's invasion. Raven, angry with Van "running away," tracked down Fiona and Moonbay atop Mt. Osa and he battled Van once again; this time Van won. Raven's loss came about as a result of his Zaber Fang melting as he recklessly tried to force it through Van's E-shield, which he almost succeed in doing. Following this defeat, Raven deduced that he needed a more powerful Zoid. Raven would reappear later with his new and more powerful Zoid: the Geno Saurer (initially mistaken by the characters as a Death Saurer). Involved in a conspiracy by Prozen to abduct the crown Prince Rudolph, Raven found that Rudolph was with Van and the two had yet another rematch, which resulted in the destruction of Van's Shield Liger and Zeke's near death experience. Raven would continue to use his Geno Saurer in following episodes to carry out Prozen's bidding: killing mass amounts of Zoids and taking their Cores for use in the Death Saurer revival project. Raven's final appearance in Chaotic Century was when he fought Van's new Blade Liger. The two battled fiercely, which ended when Van shoved one of the Blade Liger's Laser Blades into the Geno Saurer's CPC emitter, destroying it. Raven escaped a fiery death thanks to the last minute action of his Organoid, Shadow. (Source: Zoids Wikia)".

However, according to Joshua, he apparently was completely different in behavior prior to his wife's death. Later in the series he reveals that he seeks to kill the Claw and then die too in order to meet Yoshimo again. Like Van, he also abstains from alcohol, drinking water instead. His rivalry with Van stems from the fact that both of them want to kill the Claw. Later in the series, they work together, although they show little concern for each other, even when engaged in combat with enemies. Ray's primary weapon is a katana-shaped gun with a large magazine where the blade would be. He holds it just ahead of the hilt and spins it to fire streams of bullets. He has several hidden weapons, such as the heels of his shoes. One acts as a very small hand held gun, while the other provides a way of summoning and remote controlling his armor, Volkein. While Ray is piloting, Volkein is armed with a variety of power with its most powerful weapon being the beam howitzer, a weapon strong enough to obliterate one of the original seven armors in one hit. Near the end of the series his eyes are injured and his vision is blurred. His vision remains blurred until he is killed on episode 24 while he tries to kill the Claw, his gunshots becoming more erratic with his deteriorating vision. However, he dies with satisfaction after his final shot temporarily derails the Claw's plans and he is reunited with his wife in the afterlife.".
