An inhabitant of the seaside Mirodo village, who recently excavated the Murasame Liger when a group of Bio Raptor zoids attacked. In a fight between Zairin and Ruuji, Zairin damaged the generator (a tree-like structure that maintains the environment around the village). With Ra-Kan and Mii, he sets of to find a mechanic who can repair the generator. He has a younger brother, and was given a telescope by his father for his journey. During his quest to find a generator mechanic Ruuji becomes embroiled in a struggle against the expansionist nation of Digald. He realizes repairing his village generator won't mean anything without peace and he suggests to Ra-Kan an organized stand against Digald. Having lived in the village his entire life, he is somewhat naïve, but also determined and possessing a strong sense of justice. His unwillingness to allow those he encounters to suffer often puts him in over his head, as well as his traveling companions. Ruuji at one point tried to free people from Digald forces, but that action almost led to the destruction of his team when Georg launched a surprise attack. However, his mistakes gave him a better understanding of approaching things and allowed him to become a wiser person and competent zoid pilot. He's constantly under training from Seijurou to help him become stronger. Ruuji would eventually became the star hope against Digald. As a skillful pilot, he and Murasame Liger's reputation grew into a continental sensation as a liberator and savior. While various people within the suppression army doubted him, he won over their confidence in battle and showing his tactical ingenuity. He would eventually lead his own division and temporarily became leader of the Ra-Kan's army. The leading group members all knew Ruuji and his competence and didn't object to his young leadership. He also won the confidence of the people of Sora Sky City. The colors of his Zoid scheme became official flag in the army as well. Eventually Ruuji and most of Digald forces became partners in fighting against Jiin and renamed themselves as Jiin Suppression Army. Ruuji, in the end, was the one that gave the finishing blow that destroyed BioTyranno and Jiin. After winning the war he returned to his village, but there was no epilogue to tell what happened, as the ending only shows Ruuji's return home, it also shows the solution to restore the village was Murasame Liger itself used as a core for the generator. It can be assumed he followed his in dream in becoming a typical man in his village as a teacher.".

- ryner-lute description "Frequently appearing to be lethargic, sleepy, and unmotivated, Ryner is the protagonist of the story. He has brown eyes and hair and is of slender build; is naturally talented in magic, hand-to-hand combat, arts of assassination, ancient lore, languages and symbols, and the bearer of Alpha Stigma, an ocular ability which grants him the ability to analyze various forms of magic. Alpha Stigma bearers when activating their powers, have a pentagram with reddish hue appearing over their pupils. Because of this ability, in a world where magic forms differs from country to country and is a closely guarded secret, he has learned and acquired magic originating from different countries through battles with their mages. Although the Alpha Stigma are the weakest and most common type out of the five types of "Cursed Eyes," primarily because the bearers don't live to adulthood to fully utilize their potential before they are slain after going berserk usually at a young age, Ryner's eyes are no ordinary Alpha Stigma. Ryner Lute's real name is Feruna Lutelu, and was born of the Noble House of Lutelu, but because of a pact made with “The Goddesses," a collective legendary power of existences that devours everything, he lost his memories of his childhood, including his real name and the names of his birth parents. He has been known as "The Strongest Mage of Roland" within the military since the age of thirteen, after defeating Kuwonto Kuo, who previously held that title. However, because of a lack of intention to kill, he seldom fights at full strength. His magical prowess does not stem solely from his Alpha Stigma, and he was judged by his master Germer as one who possesses a natural high level of comprehension ability and an acute sense in magic. Because of Germer's hellish training which led to serious sleep deprivations, Ryner was always looking for opportunities to catch up on his sleep whenever there was nothing to do, which later became more of a habit than a necessity. Alpha Stigma bearers are often shunned and called "monsters" as once they go berserk and lose their sanity, they will start killing and destroying indiscriminately and never to return to their senses again. Ryner is thus grateful towards Sion, Ferris, and Kiefer because of their acceptance of him as a human being despite their awareness of him being an Alpha Stigma bearer. Moreover, he is regarded as an anomaly because he is the only person to have been able to regain his sanity after losing control of his Alpha Stigma. As such, even after going berserk and killing many innocent, he was allowed to live as a rare research subject. He also carries half of the essence ("The Lonely" portion) of the legendary demon lord known as "The Lonely Demon," which was implanted by his own father, Lura, in order to save him from what would normally be the doomed fate of an Alpha Stigma bearer. Ryner has a tendency to distance himself from others because he does not wish to cause harm and grief to others due to his eyes and vice versa. He has caused multiple girls throughout his life to fall in love with him, though he is reluctant to love again after his first love sacrificed herself to save him. That's what he thought until he met Ferris, whom he began to have strong feelings for and with whom he formed a strong bond. Undertaking a quest from his trusted friend and the new King of Roland, Sion, and in the company of swordswoman Ferris, he travels across the continent of Menoris in search of the "Relics of Heroes," legendary artifacts later more accurately and collectively known as "Rule Fragment" and "Rule Phajeel"The undertaking was a result of his own research report into the "Relics of Heroes", with the vision of creating a world with no wars and conflicts. After he returns from his quest, he notices a greater power eating into Sion from within. He eventually unravels a series of conspiracy throughout Roland and its neighboring countries, and discovers a greater force at work. Later, after being betrayed, and with the desire to save his friends, he escapes Roland with Ferris, carrying the hope that Sion can still be saved, eventually traveling with the Anti-Roland Coalition. During the battle between Gastark and Geihlficlant, while on the verge of death after losing his Alpha Stigma and arms to Ril, Ryner fully awakens as "The Solver of All Equations". His Cursed Eyes becomes its true form, appearing as a rainbow-colored blinking tear-shapes over his eyes. This not only grants him the ability to analyze the structure of magic, but also that of human beings and other physical materials as well, and these include the "equations" (a.k.a structures) of "Rule Fragment" or the "Relics of Heroes". He also acquires the ability to traverse into the spirit plane at will. When fully activated it allows him to deconstruct infinite numbers of any object living or inanimate at will, but it requires the sacrifice of the soul belonging to a loved one. And it was revealed to him by his father later on, that the soul of his mother had been the sacrifice during the awakening.".

When Washu was imprisoned by Kagato she and Ryoko attacked planet Jurai in a failed attempt to capture the Tsunami tree where she was shot down above Earth while fleeing Yosho's ship Funaho and remained in a deep sleep underwater for seven hundred years until the seal on Ryoko was broken by Tenchi. The current Ryo-Ohki is a second generation, the original died of old age but regenerated by creating a child with its memories that took the form of a cabbit (part cat, part rabbit). The smaller form was created by Ryoko after her revival, before she could leave the cave she watched over Tenchi constantly in an astral form and fed some of her power to a dying cat he was taking care of to keep it alive but had to take the power back upon her revival, so she had it assimilated by Ryo-Ohki. Ryo-Ohki's power is equal to the Second generation Jurai tree-ships, although she doesnt have the power to create Light Hawk Wings, she temporarily acquired the ability by assimilating Ryu-Oh, but lost the power when Ryu-Oh was destroyed but seems to have a friendship with him as she can be seen communicating with the newly born sapling Ryu-Oh. - ryo-sanada description "Ryo's family is descended from a Shinobi ninja clan, but very little is known about them. Ryo's mother died when he was still a baby and his wild-life photographer father, Sanada-san, makes his first official appearance in an audiocassette drama (Cassette Collection #3), in which he is possessed by a demon. Despite such traumatic events, Mr. Sanada is often on photography assignments, much to his son's dismay. Ryo has relatives on his father's side of the family, but has never met them: their personal convictions are disliked by Sanada-san, who had to abandon them to live a life of his own. Fan fiction stories often portray Ryo as an orphan. Ryo wears the Wildfire armor (a straightfoward translation of its original Japanese name, Rekka). His Virtue is Jin (Righteousness; rendered simply as Virtue within the series). He has an elemental affinity for fire. His weapons are a twin pair of katanas, and his surekill is Wildfire Flare (Flare Up Now!) (called Sou En Zan or Twin Flame Cut, in YST). For this attack, he attaches his two katanas together to form a staff-like weapon and preforms a greatly empowered strike with it. When Ryo gathers energy and the guiding Virtues from the four Ronin or Warlord armors, the armor of Inferno (called Shiroi Kikoutei or White Sun Emperor, in YST) (sometimes simply called the White Armor in the dub) forms around him. He gained the armor during the first battle against Talpa. During the battle Ryo is overpowered and absorbed into Talpa's armor along with the rest of the Ronin warriors and Dark Warlords. He nearly gives up, but refusing to let his friends down he breaks free, and gains the Inferno from the other Ronin's virtues and defeats Talpa. A draw for Ryo when using the Inferno armor was that it's power was so great that it damaged his swords from the wildfire armor when he used it, but Ryo later gained the Swords of Fervor, (called Gou Retsu Ken or Strong Violent Swords) and uses a different surekill: Rage of Inferno. The attack essentially the same as his Wildfire's surekill, except that he shoots a massive stream of fire instead of attacking with a his swords. The armor's power itself is legendary; at the peak of its power, it is said to be able to destroy an entire planet. When Ryo gained the armor, Talpa desired to gain to the point where he lost any interest in the other armors. With no guiding virtue of its own, the Inferno Armor must rely on 5 guiding virtues to keep it pure. Ryo's tiger, White Blaze, also has an armored form. White Blaze is entrusted with the soul of Black Blaze, who accompanies Ryo into battle and carries the Soul Swords of Fervor. However, the Inferno Armor was eradicated in a fever-pitched battle with Mukara. Descrption: "Their swords rise the heat of the flames erasing the darkness of the dynasty." The Armors: When Talpa was defeated in a previous attempt to conquer the human world, his spirit was sent to the Netherworld, but his armor, which was charged with demonic power, somehow remained behind. In order to prevent Talpa from returning to the human world, The Ancient diffused it into nine separate suits of armor. In the original Japanese version, each armor is infused with one of the Confucian, or Bushido, Virtues: Jin (Righteousness), Gi (Justice), Rei (Courtesy), Chi (Intellect), Shin (Faith), Chuu (Loyalty), Tei (Obedience), Kou (Reverence for elders), and Nin (To bear pain quietly). A couple of these were changed for the American version: Chi became Inouchi (Life), and Rei became Chi. Kou is translated as Piety, and Nin as Serenity. The nine armors have a number of special properties and they can be put on in an instant by calling out an armor's name and associated Virtue. For example, Ryo dons his Wildfire armor by calling out "Armor of Wildfire, Dao Jin!" In the Japanese version, the command used to summon the armor is "Busso (armor name)!".".

She was very skilled at making chi-blasts and was in love with both Saji and her best friend Chinkyuu. She had a love-hate relationship with Saji, who she claims once raped her (Saji only half denies this, claiming that she was not raped because she enjoyed it). Despite trying her best to escape her destiny, she ended up causing it anyway. Afflicted with a deadly illness that would kill her before adulthood, she ended up being manipulated by Saji into causing Toutaku's death. When she found out that Chinkyuu was raped, she went in search of revenge as her last living act. She was found by Myosai, and the two fought each other. Myosai's skill added with Ryofu's failing health was enough for Ryofu to be defeated. She was saved from Myosai's killing blow by Chinkyuu. Realizing that she was moments away from dying, Ryofu and Chinkyuu then committed a double suicide, dying happily together as their predecessors did 1800 years before. Unlike her manga self, who is a skilled tactician, her anime self is more of a thuggish brute. She didn't plan on acquiring the Gyokuji or betraying Toutaku and was more easily manipulated by Saji. She was still sick however. She was more emotional as well and more promiscuous and cruel. She actually molested Ryomou in the anime opposed to simply teasing her in the manga. She was just as powerful, however, as her manga version. In the end she died fulfilling her fate by using a chi blast to commit suicide with Toutaku. Chinkyuu died earlier in the series and so did not join her. The second season recalls a different scene however with Ryofu wearing the clothes she did in the manga when she fought Toutaku tackling him off a cliff but also accounts it as double suicide. Whether that is meant literally and that the past events have been changed metaphorically where in which it was Ryomou's perspective or the aura-sensed perspective of others that has changed is not known. Though she is only shown in occasional flashbacks, Ryofu appears again as a living character at the beginning of the third season, Great Guardians, initially fighting and brutally beating Kan'u Unchou before being stopped by a sudden bolt of lightning from the sky. This incarnation of Ryofu, whose reappearance causes great turmoil to the still living toushi, is mostly opposite of her former one, being shy and introverted and pretty much devoid of malice or any flirtitous tendency. Initially amnesiac, after being taken care of by Ryomou she went to Rakuyou in search of clues regarding her past, there being abducted by Saji (known as Ohin Shishi) and brainwashed by the real Genpou Saji, thus gaining a more cheerful but visibily false persona. From there on she played with Shishi so as to fill Ryomou with jealousy, until Saji herself was discovered, when she was turned into a frenzied berserk as a mean of halting Hakufu and companions. The last episodes reveal also that, in fact, this Ryofu Housen is actually much like a living dead, a spirit partially resurrected by Saji, that after regaining her senses fades again from this world, bidding farewell to Ryomou. Still, one last line from her can be heard when Saji is praying at her tomb. "Thank You.".

- ryoga-hibiki description "Ryouga stands out in the crowd due to his regularly rough appearance. He spends much of his time wandering, often depressed over having to spend so much of his time alone in the wilderness, with the slightest rain turning him into a defenceless pig at the mercy of hungry humans or animals. His most notable characteristic is that, like his parents, and even his entire family, he has no sense of direction whatsoever. He is unable to go the right way, often sticking to the letter of any directions given to him, regardless of whether the path eventually turns. He has an inability to understand even the simplest of directions or draw any legible maps, once running the wrong way at the start of a three-legged race. This is not due to lack of motivation, however. For instance, on the way to a date, he was supposed to follow the edge of a lake, to reach a statue in plain sight directly in front of him. Instead, Ryouga follows a brook and gets lost again. In the anime, Maomolin the bakeneko possesses Ryouga and tries to lead him towards the girl he loves. However, Maomolin had as much trouble navigating as Ryouga himself even though the former was doing the thinking. In real world terms, he would be classified as suffering from autistic limitation or brain damage in this area. It is also possible that his lack of direction might be some form of family curse. In the anime this condition is worsened by Ryouga's ability to traverse obscene distances in surprisingly little time on foot, although how he does this is unknown. When the two problems are combined, it results in Ryouga having essentially no idea where he is at any given time, which allows him to miss his destinations by insane margins. In one case, he attempted to reach Hokkaido and instead ended up in Hong Kong. Luckily, he carries a backpack, which evidently contains essentials for survival in the wild. In the manga this is not as heavily implied to be a supernatural talent, at least not beyond his comical tendency to pop up at odd moments. He seems to need much longer travel times, and has not explicitly been seen to swiftly and randomly traverse continents under his own power. However, in his first appearance he quickly overshot Tokyo by 500 miles twice in a row, apparently within the span of one or two days, though no explicit reference was given. Through the aid of the Kinjakan, he also quickly made it all the way from Jusenkyo to Moscow and back while out to get some dumplings in Peking. His map was also once shown to contain a forest, a café, a road with a red car, the Tendo dojo, some African tribesmen, China, and France. Ryouga's family house is within sight of Mount Fuji, where his dog Shirokuro (Checkers in the English translation) and her puppies live. However, given the Hibiki family's condition, it is usually empty. Ryouga generally leads a nomadic lifestyle, and only occasionally manages to find it. His dog, however, has no such trouble finding her way and recognises him in both human and pig forms. It has been mentioned that Ranma helped to lead Ryouga home when they went to high school together. The combination of his poor sense of direction and his curse have regularly subjected Ryouga to imminent misery, constantly placing him lonely and lost in the wilderness, with tight food rations, or at the mercy of hungry predators. When first introduced, he is a very angry and seemingly unapproachable individual. Ryouga is emotional, more often than not following his heart rather than his head, though he has shown capability of using strategy when he is focused or lacking distractions. He is emotionally fragile, straightforward and naive. He regularly feels depressed, which thus far has served as the source for his chi projection. He is generally shy, humble and polite, especially around women. He is often easily tricked and used by some of the more manipulative characters and turns extremely grateful, loyal and self-sacrificing for any kindness offered to him. A running joke is that whenever female Ranma dons a disguise, no matter how transparent, Ryouga will nonetheless be fooled. Ranma has used this to his advantage to find out about any training Ryouga has been doing, to tease him, or to torment Ryouga during any dates with Akane to destroy the latter's prospects. After learning this from IV himself, he entered World Duel Carnival and became more cold and more brutal to any duelist he challenges, even considering Yuuma his enemy. (Source: Yu-Gi-Oh Wikia) It was later revealed that Shark is king of the Barian World, Nasch. Originally born as Nasch, he was once the ruler of the United Lands of the Poseidon Ocean alongside his sister, Merag and was well-loved by his people. One day, his kingdom was attacked by Vector, who led a fleet of ships and several "Gorgonic Guardians" to lay waste to it and loot it. Nasch ordered a counterattack, arming his soldiers with mirror shields which turned the gorgons' abilities against them. Vector performed a blood sacrifice in response, calling forth the ocean god, Abyss, turning the tide of the battle again. Merag rode up to Abyss and was grabbed by him. Despite the intervention of Nasch's friend, a knight named Durbe, Merag did not want to be saved and sacrificed herself to call forth another god to purify Abyss. After Merag's funeral, Nasch declared an attack on Vector's kingdom in retribution, as the latter has fled with the god turned to Nasch's side. Once they got to a town ravaged by Vector's army, Nasch noticed a little girl crying, who strongly resembled Merag. Nasch took the young girl, Iris, under his care and wondered if she was his deceased sister's reincarnation or if she was sent by Merag herself. As Nasch and his army pursued Vector, Nasch grew close to Iris and planned to confront Vector by himself once the battle started. On war front, Nasch followed Vector to a secret tunnel in what would eventually become a Number ruins, where Vector challenged him to a Game of Darkness. Per the Duel's rules, the more monsters of either ruler that were sent to the Graveyard, the more soldiers their army would lose. Though Nasch was victorious, his entire army was lost due to Vector's mill strategy. Their souls were sent to the Barian World. Vector barely survived and limped back to his own country, prompting Nasch to follow him. There, he found Vector had killed all of his own people. He also witnessed Vector being dragged to the afterlife by the people he murdered An unknown number of years later, Don Thousand reincarnated both he and his sister as two of the Seven Barian Emperors, as their souls were each connected to a Legendary "Number" card, which had sealed Thousand's power. Nasch then became the leader of the Seven Barian Emperors, much to Vector's disdain (also having been reborn as a Barian Emperor). After Nasch had annoyed him enough to score 100,000,000 points, Vector enacted his revenge by taking Merag hostage. When Nasch intervened, Vector used "Giant Sky Sword" to open a bottomless rift. He then pushed Merag from the cliff, forcing Nasch to follow after her only for the two to be sucked into the rift. The two were rescued by Abyss, who informed them that he would send them to the Human World without their memories, where their souls were then revived in the bodies of Kamishiro Ryouga and Rio, who had recently died in a car accident. While Vector believed them dead, Durbe believes they had simply disappeared and assumed leadership of the group from them in the interim, waiting for their return. (Source: Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia)".

- ryoko-hakubi description "Ryoko is known as Ryoko Hakubi, a space pirate who was defeated by Yosho nearly 700 years before her release by Tenchi. Before that, she was a slave to Kagato. Her age is at least 5,000 - although she claims to be only 2,000. She was created by Washu, using one of her egg cells as a base, so she is indirectly Washu's daughter. Washu's DNA was combined with that of amorphous creatures called the Masu to create Ryoko. She has three red gems that are the source of her full energy, which also came from Washu. True to the meaning of her nomenclature, the gem on the inside of Ryoko's left wrist allows her to summon powerful, ferocious 'demon' spirits, which let physical attacks pass right through them, while the gem on the inside of her right wrist allows her to control the summoned spirits, and the last gem, which goes on her throat, gives her full power. She also has the ability to create false gems, one that she keeps hidden in plain sight on her left ear as an earring. This false gem is not as powerful as the originals, but allow her to balance her power and abilities. False gems also last for only a limited time, while the originals have an inexhaustible supply of energy. In OAV 3, it was revealed that the true gems contain the powers and godhead of Washu-kami-sama (who is one of the three Chousin Goddesses). It is debatable just how much of her mother's power she is borrowing and how much she is capable of using on her own, but her relatively young age (she appears about twenty years old) prevents her from drawing upon their full power. Other powers Ryoko possesses include flight, teleporting, intangibility, creating energy swords and energy blasts (All regularly used), instantly regenerating missing limbs (Episode 1), creating doppelgängers (Episode 7), telekinesis, creating forcefields, matter formation (manipulating matter and merging with it, as with a stone pillar in Episode 6), complex molecular restructuring (repairing Mihoshi's GXP scanner in Episode 4), hair needles she can fire from her head (Episode 11), and telepathy with Washu and Ryo-Ohki. In addition she can access an advanced internal database, as a group-mind shared with Ryo-Ohki (Episode 14) to constantly overview her exact universal coordinates (and presumably other advanced functions/information in addition). Some of these abilities are known to have been inherited from Washu, while others are likely the result of her Masu genes, or intended design. It is possible that she gained shapeshifting abilities from merging with Zero (Episode 12), in combination with her amorphous masu heritage. As a character, Ryoko is very emotional. She easily gets upset, and is short tempered, especially around Ayeka. But she's deeply in love with Tenchi, though not fully admitting how deeply until Episodes 5 & 6, when she tells Ayeka how she first met Tenchi, and later when she offers up her own life in place of his. While she was trapped in the cave, she was able to create an astral body (sort of like a ghostly consciousness) and venture to the entrance of the cave. She watched Tenchi grow up over the years, and she wished more than anything to be with him. However, the way she introduced herself to him was terribly frightening to Tenchi, so he distanced himself from her for a long time. Also, when Washu is first introduced she tells Ryoko that she knows how she (Ryoko) feels about Tenchi and says that Ryoko wants to do "this and that" with Tenchi. Ryoko also has a bit of an ambiguous relation with Washu, her mother. When Washu first appears, she critiques her daughter's sex appeal and asks Ryoko to refer to her as "mommy." As the series progresses, she starts to fear Washu, especially when Washu starts doing some of her experiments on an unwilling Ryoko. In fact, Ryoko becomes slightly cautious whenever Washu is looking at her with a mischievous smile and intimidating eyes. Physically, Ryoko has no taste buds, and has no need to eat; all the energy she gets comes from the gem created by Washu on her wrist. Ryoko eats to be social, but has a taste for sake. Although she can get drunk like normal humans, Ryoko has the ability to nullify the effects of alcohol, which comes in handy if she has to go into battle. She can also instantly nullify any other toxic chemicals within her body. In addition, Ryoko does not need to breathe, and can survive unaided in the vacuum of space. Ryoko, when kidnapped and electrocuted by Ayeka, seemed to enjoy it. Ayeka called her a masochist, and Ryoko quipped that she was more of a sadist. Judging by the fact that her ship Ryo-Ohki destroyed 28 planets and 69 colonies when in Kagato's service, and by some of her taunts in the fight with Tenchi, she might not have been joking. Ryoko is also sometimes rather childlike, and can be a bit gullible. Since most of her life was spent either working under Kagato, or sealed inside a cave, she does not have much of a range of experiences. She is also extremely sensitive about her age, being brought to tears when Ayeka called her a mummy. In "Ai Tenchi Muyo" she is now seen constantly wearing an elaborately designed leotard with matching white leg boots, her hair style is much simpler compared to her old hair style in past "Tenchi Muyo" series.".

Momoi is still very much in love with Namura and tries to tell him. She is shocked when she discovers Namura's relationship with Meiko and tries to get Namura to stay in teaching. She becomes Namura's eyes to watch over Meiko while he is in Hiroshima. Momoi tells Namura that Meiko is finally starting to stand on her own and that she is getting encouragement from Miwa. Momoi encourages Meiko to write and becomes a friend to her. When she finally loses Namura for good, Momoi goes on a trip to Europe. She has met someone else and needs time to think about her feelings. In the last episode, Momoi and Akira, who just happens to be Kijima's brother-in-law, are still together.
