Her bug was given by "Shinbu", one of the Original Three. The whole story for volume 2 revolves around Shinbu targeting Senri to make her bug "more complete". On the train to bring her to the isolation facility, Daisuke is sent to protect her and would face the remaining members of Mushibane who swore to destroy SPEB; Akatsuki and his company, who swore to protect her too; and Youichi, who is sent to assassinate her. She rejects Shinbu's lure and turned her bug against Shinbu. With Daisuke's help, they were able to defeat a portion of Shinbu's real body. Senri now joins the East Central branch of SPEB and her bugs no longer consumes dreams from the other.".
