She wants to get back the sky above her village, which was sealed off by humans building cities above her village. She recently was sent by the Elder to retrieve the bounty on Ragna's head, becoming a vigilante in the process. Despite this resolve, she is considerably food-obsessed and forgetful, often falling asleep on a whim, becoming hungry moments after a meal, or forgetting details moments after hearing them. She is good friends with Litchi, affectionately referring to her as "Boobie Lady". Although, she doesn't seem to refer to anyone other than herself by name; she calls Ragna "good guy"(because he buys her food), Bang "scruffy man", Arakune "black squiggly", Noel "lacking lady", Hakumen "mask man", ν-13 "flappy-flap", and Jubei "cat person". She is unable to recognize that Ragna the "good-guy" and "Rawrgna" the criminal are the same person. Interesting to note is the fact that the Kaka tribe, which she hails from, is actually genetically engineered from the genes of Jubei, one of the six heroes. As a clan, they are copies of each other and cannot reproduce above one hundred members. ".

- tarant-shank description "Shank is a member of the dreaded Daluma Guild, but the terror the organization holds over the galaxy is nothing compared to that wreaked by Shank. He is bloodthirsty and cruel, feared by both the Galaxy Police and his peers. He is captain of the Daidalos, and no prisoner brought aboard his ship tends to live very long. Though sadistic enough to pass up an easy kill to instill more terror in his prey, Tarant is a survivalist and cowardly at heart, using others (even his own subordinates) as a shield when plans go awry and he has to escape. Shank has a grudge against GP officer Seina Yamada before ever meeting him, namely because the "incompetent old man" was captured and broken by one bearing the Yamada surname in prison, tarnishing his family name. He attacks a destroyer transporting Seina and amuses himself by stalking the boy while killing GP officers. Before Shank can decide what torture to visit upon him, Kiriko Masaki steps in to save him, allowing Seina the chance to stab Shank in the arm and escape. The pirate backs down for now, vowing to hunt down and kill Seina for the shame he's brought himself. His later plans to take Seina's family hostage fail after Tenchi and the others get involved, and Ryoko Balta proves useless when she cares too much for the boy to act as an assassin. The Daidalos then leads a small fleet into a direct confrontation with Seina while en route to Jurai, but Shank is forced to retreat after coming under fire from Ryo-Ohki. Shank has all passengers aboard a commuter ship killed, leaving a bio-droid as a sole "survivor" to be recovered by Seina's Kamidake II. The infiltration succeeds and the ship's crew is captured, with the K2 being swallowed whole by the whale-like Daidalos. Shank taunts Kiriko and Seina, gloating before returning the boy's knife to him through the chest. However, the setup itself was a ruse by the GP, with the supposed prisoners being dupes created by Washu. Off-balance, the Daidalos is mortally crippled when K2 opens fire from within the docking bay, and explodes as its captives break their way out of its hull. Tarant survives the attack, though the upper left portion of his torso and face (including his eye) are irreparably damaged. Scarred now with numerous metal accoutrements, he falls further from grace after a loss to Seiryo, upending his chances of commanding the newest flagship of the Daluma fleet. Shank was not present when the Daluma Guild was dissolved and incorporated into the Balta Guild, instead forming an alliance with a rogue faction within the Galaxy Army. They abduct Fuku and the Kamidake II in order to learn the ship's secrets, with Tarant growing ever impatient that his scientists can't simply dissect the cabbit instead of producing imperfect clones. He's eager to fight Seina again when the boy storms his lab to take Fuku back, but Tarant is ill-prepared for the young man's rage, fleeing as he's nearly crushed by Yamada's mecha. Bruised but not yet beaten, Shank boards the rebuilt Daidalos, commanding his and the rogue GA fleet to concentrate all firepower towards Seina, conspiring to kill him and obliterate the planet to cover their tracks. The mecha is not destroyed, however, instead teleporting in front of the two fleets and continuing its own attack. Terrified now, he sacrifices his own ships and men to buy time, ordering his crew to jump into hyperspace to escape. The ship successfully warps away just as Seina's mech comes within arm's reach, but as Shank curses the young officer for robbing him of whatever accomplishments and ambitions he might have had, the pirate is horrified to see the mecha's hand (aided with the power of the Light Hawk Wings from the Juraian tree seed powering it) reach into hyperspace to draw the Daidalos back out. The ship is crushed and dissolved to nothingness, seemingly taking its captain along with it. Shank makes a final attempt on Seina's life on the boy's wedding day, masquerading as a butler to catch him unawares. Half-mad from further modification, Shank is fixated only on revenge and moves to slash the GP officer with his knife, promising to kill Kiriko next. However, his attack damages the floor and activates sealant gel that holds him in place, and a kick from Seina causes his trapped metallic leg to snap off. The automated devices on board detect the sparks coming from Tarant's damaged leg and seep the pirate in sealant, and no amount of curses or screams of reprisal can keep him from being fully immobilized and captured. He quickly becomes friends with Wataru, so as to hopefully get himself a girlfriend. Any opportunity he has to impress or help Wataru's sisters he uses to his advantage, as he'll do anything to get their attention. Although a bit of an odd character, he definitely provides the comic relief factor to the series. One of his hobbies includes Garban (a parody on Gundam) with collecting model kits and watching the TV series when he's not trying to hit on Wataru's sisters. He only appears in Season 1 of the series with the exception of a brief cameo in Sister Princess RePure. Yamada is the third ferry passenger who goes with Wataru and Mami to Promised Island so he would enroll at the school there. Like Mami, he also provides comic relief to the show, acting as an odd-ball casanova and makes friends with Wataru so he can have a girlfriend. This is especially evident when he calls Wataru lucky for having very pretty sisters and dreams of spending his time with them. To this purpose, he would do anything to get their attention. Despite his odd behaviour, Yamada does have some redeeming traits; he can work very hard if he is properly motivated and refrains from doing anything truly scandalous. It is worth noting that although none of the sisters shows any romantic interest in Yamada, they do seem to place a considerable amount of trust in him, probably because he is vocal about being friends with Wataru. Karen enlists his aid as a sympathetic ear for Wataru on one occasion, and Shirayuki listens to him when he says Wataru needs "nutrition for the heart", meaning she should make him much more food because it makes him feel manly (Yamada only said this because he wanted some of Shirayuki's cooking for himself and thought he could eat whatever Wataru can't). When he is not spending his time with the sisters, Taro focuses his attention to anything related to a fictional anime called Garban (a parody of Gundam). Some of the episodes actually end with him watching Garban; these often involve either Yamada or one of the characters to make a comment that mimicks Wataru's own situation. Eventually, he manages to outgrow this obsession, when he is provided with a surplus of Garban material. His fascination with the fairer sex remains as strong as ever, though. His character was given a role in the first season of the anime series which revolved around Promised Island. In Sister Princess Re Pure that island did not exist so his only apperance was a scene where he freaked out which was just moments after Mamimi had her only scene.".

During astral projection, when he begins to feel distinct emotions of rage and hatred, his spirit begins to transform into a dog-like apparition. This has only occurred twice, during confrontations with the apparent spirit of the man who kidnapped him and his sister 11 years ago. Recently, his form, having apparently stabilized during his astral projection, seems to have taken his human shape. He eventually comes to the conclusion that Miyako is the reincarnation of Mizuka, his dead sister, and thinks this causes his feelings for Miyako. He also has the habit of attaching 'Max' to nearly everything he does (suffixing his phrases with MAX! in the Japanese, and prefixing them with MAXI-! in the English), since he believes that one should give 100% effort in all endeavors. He was named Monta after Sena mistook his name as Rai Montarou. He begins to like being called 'Monta' after Hiruma tells him the nickname 'Monta' was supposedly derived from Joe Montana. Monta does not know that Joe Montana is a quarterback, not a wide receiver. Monta has a crush on Mamori. He's always trying to win her heart, often failing miserably, because she always gives more attention to Sena. Monta's throwing is incredibly horrible: he moves his arm in the right direction, but somehow, the ball goes in a completely different direction! Not only that, but his kicking is similar. His throws/kicks usually hit someone on the head, or break a window. Monta is also known for his bad grammar, as he once said that he will "restore his disgrace, but was corrected by Hiruma, and Hiruma even requested that someone "teach that monkey how to communicate with humans," which embarrassed him even further. At the same time, although he is considered an idiot, he gives wonderful motivational speeches, especially to Sena. Every time Sena felt like all was lost, Monta would give him a pep talk, leading Sena to start moving again. (Source: Wikipedia)".

- tarou-sekiutsu description "Birthday: June 2 (Zan SZS. 9 Episode) An illegal immigrant of unknown nationality. She is nicknamed "Mataro" by Kafuka, although she refers to herself (as do most others) as simply "Maria". She purchased the birth certificate of a male student and is attending school under his name. She is fascinated by "Japan's abundance" and hoards food and refuse she finds on the ground or in garbage cans. While Maria frequently displays wild behavior and an unusual abhorrence to panties and shoes, her impoverished appearance and illegal status, coupled with a bright smile, often encourage people to give her things. The name "Sekiutsu Tar" derives from seki-uttar, which means "You sold your own register, didn't you?" or "I'll sell you my register". Because of their optimistic personalities, Kafuka and Maria get along quite well. Although Maria is legally a boy (since she bought the birth certificate of a male student), she is actually a girl.".
- tarou-takanashi description "A young production assistant at Musashino Animation. One of Aoi's seniors (by one month) in the production department, Tarou is generally a useless and incompetent employee, because he's a bumbling, airheaded fool who always forgets things and doesn't listen to advice, as he has a very inflated notion about himself. According to series director Tsutomu Mizushima, Tarou is a caricature of his younger self.".
