- toki-0489a41a-c41b-4cfe-957f-a462b92f79e9 description "Toki is the daughter of the late Daimyo Oowashi, twin sister of Sagi and the ruler of the Land of Birds. She lost all hope after her brother died, and nearly committed suicide, but Sagi's spirit stopped her, and gave her his stopped pocket watch, symbolizing her inability to move past the loss. She posed as her brother Sagi as the daimyo, and assumed the identity as the Cursed Warrior in order to kill Moso, the person who had assassinated her brother and father. Toki attempted to attack Oki, but was defeated, and resigned herself to death, seeing that she was unable to take revenge. Naruto, however, arrived and convinced her to live on for the sake of the Land of Birds before defeating Oki. After Oki's defeat, Toki's watch began moving forward again, symbolizing her ability to move on. The next day, Toki revealed her deception and apologized to the people of the land, but asked to be allowed to continue ruling the land to help restore it to its peaceful nature. The people forgave her and she continued to rule as Toki.".

- toki-fujiwara description "Code: 04 of the Code Breakers. Toki's power revolves around magnetism, but later on he also exhibits the ability of mercury manipulation. When he loses his power, he takes the form of his younger self. He's the joker of the group, always fond of teasing people and has a propensity to tell outrageous lies (which fool no one but Sakura), but gets serious when it comes to his sister, Nenene's, safety. He's extremely popular with females and has a strong liking for breasts. He follows the Hammurabi code variation of "an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth and the hammer of justice for the wicked." It's later revealed that Toki and Nenene aren't blood siblings. When Nenene met Toki for the first time she was introduced as his older sister. The reason of that was because when Toki was born his magnetism was too powerful so they had to lock it up in "Pandoras box." The Prime Minister thought this was a waste and Toki is also "The Joker" of Eden. He is able to defeat a Rare Kind with his power. Nenene is a spare, another "Joker" Nenene was born by using "the apples of Eden" to create a child to hold the power. As a special power user's DNA greatly affects normal ones, Nenenes left eye was replaced with Toki's right eye. And so, Toki was given Nenene's left eye. After that she started to look like Toki and was able to use the power. Nenene was merely a vessel and Toki got his power taken away from him. Toki, however, couldn't know any of this and was told that only the older sister Nenene inherited the magnetism power from their father. Toki was thus undervalued and attempted to run away from him, until Nenene transferred half of her power (and accordingly, half of her life) to Toki to make him equally special. That's why Toki could use the power of magnetism before opening "Pandora's box." Later, she died protecting him from the Code:Name Saechika. (Toki thought the Re:Code Kouji was the one who killed Nenene for a long time, but it's later revealed that it was actually Saechika.) Nenene is still alive though and while she is in her lost state she doesn't know who Toki is. (Her mind is going back to her childhood). To her, Toki is still a little child. Still, Toki vows to protect Nenene with his life. It's later revealed that Toki is not his real name, but rather a name he adopted when he became a Code:Breaker.".

He is under the care of Lord Shamon, a priest who cares after Kuchiha and his friend from the real world, Kon. Toki soon befriends more characters, including Heihachi, and he even goes on to attract the attention of the women in the town (he later befriends the demons that are hated by humans). After becoming acquainted with the virtual universe, he finds himself having to choose between siding with the demons, who will revere him as a god, or with the humans, including the Onmyou Bureau, who want to get rid of the demons. He is stuck in the gray area, not wanting to choose one side, but both. He is warned about how dangerous this is, and has been asked to choose a definite side. - tokimi description "Tokimi is one of three beings known as Chousin - higher-level dimensional beings, the other two are her sisters Tsunami and Washu. All three sisters had wrestled for countless millennia over one question - was it possible that a being more powerful than themselves can be created. While Tsunami and Washu took separate paths to find out that question, Tokimi had remained in the Chousin's home dimension. With the assistance of the guardians of other dimensions, D3 being one of them, she manipulated random subspace fields to find out if doing that was possible. She had also enlisted others in her quest, like Dr. Clay. One of those manipulations had produced promising results: during a space battle, the being known as Z had gained immense power, which included the Lighthawk wings. In order to study him more closely, Tokimi had taken Z as her servant. However, she had found that Z was erratic and hot-headed; most likely he would destroy the universe is left unchecked. So she continued her quest until a message from Dr. Clay had led her back to her departed sisters... and someone they were watching, someone else who also had the power of the Lighthawk wings - Tenchi Masaki. Intrigued, she ordered Z to observe Tenchi but not to interfere. Z, however, saw Tenchi as a threat to him, and initiated steps to have the boy killed, but made it appear to look like someone else had did it. He had altered a message Mihoshi had sent to her family, which her grandfather Minami had sent her brother Misao to kill Tenchi. But when that plan failed, Z took matters into his own hands, the end results having Earth nearly destroyed and Z fighting Tenchi near Saturn. It was just as Z was about to strike a fatal blow when Tokimi finally intervened. However, Z was also prepared. He had enlisted the aid of a being known as 'The Counter-Actor', which had two forms - a red ring which had surrounded Tenchi, preventing Tokimi from offering aid to him. Later, when the rest of the Chousin sisters were called upon to contain Tenchi's out-of-control energies, the Counter-Actor took a different form - a demonic version of Empress Misaki, and in this form, the Counter-Actor strangled Tokimi. However, Tenchi was able to regain control of his power and calmed the Counter-Actor before Tokimi was killed. Later, when Misao and Minami Kuramitsu and Mashisu were called by Mikami Kuramitsu for their part in trying to kill Tenchi that Tokimi showed another form... that of a small child. Tokimi had to leave in order to set right abnormalities in the universe, but returned to the Masaki home just in time for the wedding of Nobuyuki and Rea Masaki. Tokimi also used her powers when it was discovered that some of Noike's cells were tampered with... they all had the logo of Dr. Clay on them. The source of this was that within Noike was the little girl that had haunted her dreams. Tokimi had removed the girl from Noike and Washu removed Dr. Clay's tampering. It also turned out that the little girl was actually the discarded female half of Kagato. After it was done, Tokimi returned her to Noike. It is uncertain if Tokimi will remain with the Masaki clan. She bears a scar on her right hand, which she received while protecting Yoshimori in their childhood. Tokine is gifted with great accuracy and precision, however, her kekkai are very weak and can only be maintained for short periods of time; her kekkai lack the "brute power" of Yoshimori's kekkai. At first she attempts to make up for this by copying Masamori's technique of stacking several kekkai's around a target, but this takes too much stamina for her, making the technique ill-suited for her. Later, she learns to refine her kekkai into narrow "spears" that can impale and imprison an enemy, making up for her lack of power. She also has the ability to manipulate kekkai and space, this is seen when she cannot dispel Yoshimori's kekkai and so manipulates it so she is able to pass through it and then again during the time a user kidnaps members of the Yagyou she uses his portal to enter the dimension he created. Tokine is clearly impressed by the power and potential Yoshimori has, but is constantly frustrated by his poor control and lazy attitude. She cares for Yoshimori and often protected him many times when he was younger. She also likes to tease him and isn't aware of his feelings for her, although as the story progresses she begins to shows signs of deeper affection for Yoshimori, she once slapped him so hard he passed out for going off to fight Kaguro and trapped him with neshi and beat him when he left to Okuni without her. In the series, it is stated that whilst she may be the weakest Kekkaishi, she is clearly the most "ruthless", unless she must face her biggest fear: the cockroach. Examples of her ruthless pragmaticism are her disregard for the health of Hachiouji Kemiya when he was possessed by an ayakashi and forbidden metsu of a shinyuuchi god that had invaded karasumori and attacked its defenders. - tokiya-mikagami description "Age: 16 Blood Type: A Birthday: November 13 Zodiac Sign: Scorpio Tokiya is a second year student at Nashikiri High School, and he wields the madogu Ensui ("Dark Water"), a sword that utilizes water to create its blade and is capable of creating and controlling all three states of water (liquid, solid and gas). He is often referred to as by his last name, though his companions have made up nicknames for him, such as "Mi-chan" or "Mi-bo". Despite the difference in his age in the anime and manga, Tokiya wanted to take Yanagi from Recca because she looks exactly like his sister, Mifuyu Mikagami, who was murdered in front of his eyes when he was young. He uses the Hyomon Ken style which was developed specifically for the Ensui and the Hyoma En (a madogu that also controls water, but focuses more on water in its solid form). Tokiya joins forces with Recca in attempting to rescue Yanagi from Mori Koran's mansion, and he continues to be part of their team throughout the rest of the series. Tokiya in both the anime and manga is initially portrayed as callous and aloof; often insulting his teammates' abilities and intelligence. He is protective of Yanagi, who closely resembles late sister, and he is shown to be interested in her romantically in the manga. Other characters have often praise Tokiya for his intellect and composure during battle, with some going as far as to say that he might be the strongest Hokage member when it comes to normal battles. Another characteristic of his that makes him stand out among his teammates is the fact that he is more ruthless and cruel than the rest, a fact recognized by both Kurei and Mikoto, who both act as antagonists throughout most of the manga. Certain characteristics in Tokiya's personality and appearance are different in the anime series as opposed to the manga and games. His hair is light blue in the manga and games, and brown in the anime series. In the booklet accompanying the Flame of Recca Original Soundtrack Vol. 2 CD, his age is listed as 17, while the filler page in the manga states that he is 16 years of age. Apart from these differences, Tokiya's character development in the anime is not as obvious as it is in the manga, wherein he becomes more open to emotions other than his desire for vengeance towards the end of the series. Tokiya attributes this change to his encounter with Kai, a fellow Hyomon Ken practitioner, and his friends.".
- tokkori description "Torkori is a selfish bird that basically uses Kirby for protection purposes. His first appearance in the anime was the very beginning of the first episode as a cameo, sleeping. In A Blockbuster Battle, when a storm came and Kirby needed to find shelter, he accidentally took Torkori's nest. When Kirby needed a job, King Dedede told Torkori to sabotage Kirby's attempts to find work. At the end, Tiff and Tuff built a little house for Kirby. In the third episode, Tuff finds that Torkori took Kirby's house. Now he rarely lets Kirby sleep in the house or just lets him in for some rest while he watches Channel DDD. (Source: Kirby Wikia)".

- tokoha-anjou description "Tokoha Anjou is member of Team TRY3 and is an eighth grader in the same class as Chrono Shindou. She uses a Neo Nectar deck and her avatar card is Ranunculus Flower Maiden, Ahsha. She is a level-headed honor student with a strong sense of justice. As a result, she often clashes with Chrono without her turning into a timid, little flower. She respects her older brother, Mamoru Anjou, who is a well-known Vanguard Fighter. Thanks to Mamoru, she knows a ton about Vanguard and is a very skilled cardfighter. She also treats Akane Kiyosu both as an older sister and a close friend. She loves managing and participating in festivals, but tends to be rather bossy and intimidating whenever she organizes them. While she loves to Cardfight, she bears an inferiority complex towards Mamoru; she feels that she can never be as good as Mamoru and thus tends to avoid competing in larger tournaments. Due to being Mamoru's little sister, people often expect her to be as good as him. As a result, she interprets this as a sign that she's living in her brother's shadow, which can upset her to the point of affecting her focus and cause her to make misplays, usually costing her a fight on more than one occasion. After defeating her brother once, she learned to not let this affect her any longer, as shown during her rematch against Rin Hashima. (Source: Cardfight!! Vanguard Wiki)".

- tokubou-teifu description "Three Kingdoms counterpart: Cheng Pu A long-time friend of Saji and Ryomou. He was once a strong fighter and was well respected by others. He often bullied Enjutsu even though it was Enjutsu who was the leader of Nanyo at the time. He has had feelings for Ryomou for as long as they knew each other. Enjutsu got his revenge when he and Kaku tricked Teifu into awakening Ryubi's dragon, and led Teifu to believe Ryomou would get raped if Teifu would not obey him. A few years later, Teifu was chosen to be one of Nanyo's representatives for the Grest Fighters Tournament, and suffered a horrible beating in a match that left him in a coma. He would have been killed if Ryomou had not interfered in the match, causing him to be disqualified. Teifu recovered from his coma but is now blind and nowhere near fully recovered. Teifu still jokes about blaming Ryomou for getting him disqualified. When Ryomou is left doubting her abilities after losing to Hakufu, Teifu offers her some much needed encouragement. In the anime, Teifu keeps his injuries and also his feelings for Ryomou. However, he does not appear at all in Dragon Destiny, which is where Ryomou discovered her own dragon. - tokugawa-mitsunari description "The tournament runner and owner of the underground arena. He is an old man of very small stature, possibly even being a dwarf. While not a fighter himself, he is very knowledgeable about the martial arts and can easily point out several fighting techniques, regardless of whether they are obscure or well-known. He has the final say in each and every one of the battles that take place in his arena. While he usually prefers to keep every fight in order, he will sometimes bend the rules if it means amplifying the fight in some way, even going so far as to threaten one of his own doctors with a knife when they tried to stop the fight between Baki and Jack. He is close friends with Doppo and Igari, as well as acquaintances (though not exactly friendly) with Yujiro. He is one of the few people to ever outsmart Yujiro. When Yujiro attempted to upset the balance of his tournament, he had his snipers, who he had secretly stationed around the arena, to shoot him with enough tranquilizer to put down a blue whale. This gives him the very rare achievement of being the only person who has ever knocked Yujiro unconscious. While it is unknown if Tokugawa was once a fighter himself in his early days, his odd antics and physical appearance make him more likely to be nothing more than an eccentric billionaire who prefers to watch fights instead of participating in them. His namesake is clearly based on Ieyasu Tokugawa and Mitsunari Ishida, the opposing commanders at the Battle of Sekigahara. (Source: Wikipedia)".
