He is an alchemist, and carries no gun. He wears a machine on his back that launches small dagger-like objects that charge with electricity. A transmutation circle then appears, along with a huge sphere of electricity, and the attack is launched at the opponent. This is similar to Xingese alchemy, since even the daggers look similar. He kidnapped Rick to try to get Scar and the other Ishbalans to come out of hiding so he could kill them as ordered. He is defeated by Scar, and learns that Ed is a State Alchemist. He was under the impression that he was working for the military, and went to ask Sloth why other military personnel were working against him. - winner-sinclair description "A vampire hunter descended from a long line of hunters, Winner is very melodramatic, and his hunting garb is flamboyant: a black, flowing Neo-style long overcoat, with a white chest and a gold "W" plastered across the front, and a huge wide-brimmed hat with a feather sticking out of it. His blond good looks make him extremely popular with the girls at the school and his "cool" appearance is also commented on by passing strangers. He transfers to Karin's high school and falls in love with her at first sight, constantly making romantic overtures toward her. Despite being a vampire hunter, he does not know about Karin's true nature, as he is blinded by love and possibly also because he is not very bright. As a child, he met a girl with whom he shared his first kiss. However, the girl he "kissed" was (unknown to him at the time) actually a younger Karin, who bit him and injected her blood into him. There is one massive stumbling block to Winner's progress as a vampire hunter, however: he has hemophobia (aka, a fear of blood), which goes as far as feeling sick when seeing spilt red paint. She is evidently Edward's love interest. Specializing in mechanical repair, specifically with automail, Winry services Edward's arm and leg whenever it is in need of repair or replacement. In the manga, Winry becomes an apprentice to Garfiel, an automail engineer in Rush Valley. She also studies techniques for making automail for northern frigid conditions. Her parents, both doctors, were killed by Scar during the Ishbal war when she was very young. In chapter 47 at the Central, she tried to shoot Scar after finding out that he was the one who had killed her parents. He said, " You have the right to shoot me. Know this. However, should you decide to open fire, you henceforth damn yourself as my enemy." Ed made her lower the gun after fighting with Scar and said, " Your hands are not meant to be used for killing. They're meant to save those in need." She frequently travels with the Elrics in earlier chapters and later, returning back to Rush Valley, realizes that she has been in love with Ed for a long time, and Ed has the same feeling though he constantly denies it. It has been mentioned in chapter 15 that Alphonse and Edward had once fought over who would get to marry Winry when they were kids, making Ed freak out and become incredibly flustered, claiming that he didn't remember that. Alphonse won, but was rejected. After Ed asked her why, she replied with "I don't like guys shorter than me," resulting in a huge blow on Ed's ego. Due to her importance in the lives of the Elric brothers, Winry is used as a hostage by the military to gain Edward's obedience. In order to escape from the military possession, she decided to travel with Scar and the others. It was revealed in chapter 73 that it was her plan for Scar to use her as a hostage in order to escape although she has not forgiven him for killing her parents. In chapter 84 Winry is taken on a military train back into Resembool in a water tank. When she goes into her house, she is shocked to find Ed in her room while she is undressing. They both scream which causes everyone to believe that the two of them are in danger. Shortly afterwards (after beating his head a few times), she fills Ed in on where Al is and what have been happening in Lior. Ed tells her to leave the country, but she refuses, wanting to help Ed in any way that she can. Ed soon departs, and Winry stays in Resembool for the time being. At the epilogue, Ed confesses (or maybe more like proposes) to her, and in a photo, it shown that they're married and have two children.".

- wiseman-b30029a2-28f0-48aa-b598-2a2e090c837a description "Death Phantom, who calls himself Wiseman, is an immortal form of Chaos from the future. In the English version of the anime, he is called Doom Phantom. In the manga, Death Phantom was originally a human who lived in the time of the future kingdom of Crystal Tokyo, and possessed dark powers which he used to wreak havoc upon the citizens of Crystal Tokyo. These powers were: his death hands; able to reach insurmountable distances to attack people, and his evil vision, capable of controlling the minds of others by simply looking at them. He was banished to the barren tenth planet, Nemesis, by Neo-Queen Serenity. Over an unspecified period of time, Death Phantom managed to merge his spirit with the planet and became one with Nemesis. He cloaked his decayed and crumbling human body, and reached out psychically to Earth in order to look for discontent. He convinced certain denizens of earth that the 30th century utopia of Crystal Tokyo was an abomination against nature, as all of its citizens were given immortality through the power of the Silver Crystal. Thus the Black Moon Clan was born. Calling himself the Wiseman, Death Phantom lead their way into a near fatal attack on Crystal Tokyo, and then into the past of Sailor Moon's time in order to obtain the Silver Crystal and have his revenge. Death Phantom cares little for his pawns; he manipulates them and sends the young traitors to their deaths, and even kills Rubeus himself. When faced with a new conduit for power, in the form of Chibiusa, he fills her with dark energy and she becomes his Black Lady. When Demand finally comes to his senses and blasts the Wiseman with all of his strength, the decayed body shatters; but Black Lady only laughs, before revealing that Wiseman is Nemesis. When all of his followers are gone, and Black Lady reverts to Sailor Chibi Moon, he creates a dark energy swirl to kill the Sailor Senshi, Sailor Moon and Chibi Moon attack the planet with a Double Moon Princess Halation and he is destroyed. In the anime, Death Phantom first approached Prince Demand when he was significantly younger. The Black Moon Clan were the descendants of traitors who had been exiled to Nemesis centuries before by Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion of Crystal Tokyo; and, posing as Wiseman, the Death Phantom manipulated them into gathering power for himself. He promised them that he could give them the power and ability to go to Earth and appeal directly to Neo-Queen Serenity to gain amnesty for the citizens of Nemesis, who had committed no crimes themselves. However, Wiseman's influence slowly warped the minds of his pawns until they carried out his plan for revenge and the ultimate destruction of the planet Earth. The Wiseman personally counsels Rubeus during his mission for a long time, but is all the same unconcerned about his death. He condescendingly humiliates Esmeraude when she comes to him asking to be the queen of Nemesis, and thus brings about her transformation into a hideous dragon and, ultimately, her death. He manipulates Chibiusa's childhood memories in order to make her into Black Lady. Wiseman then kills Saphir when Saphir realizes that he and his brother have been lied to. In the end, Death Phantom is destroyed, but Nemesis and its inhabitants aren't.".
