Despite this poor treatment, Wolfman's specialty in Japan's national sport of Sumo has garnerd him plenty of fans. Wolfman was modeled after popular rikishi Chiyonofuji Mitsugu, "Wolf" being Chiyonofuji's nickname. In the anime he is renamed Rikishiman (リã‚シマン) (Real Name:Rikio (リã‚オ)) and uses phrases like Dosuko~i! (ã�©ã�™ã�“ーã�„ï¼�) and Gottan desu!
